Guests will have access to the entire property and the exterior (front and backyard, drive way). The washer/dryer is free to use and WIFI is included in every stay.

You'll want a car or to use uber/lyft if you'd like to explore downtown or go to the beach

This home is professionally managed by Awaysis, a modern vacation rental management company. We're locally based, and here to provide 24/7 support!

While we do monitor the platform chat rooms, we prefer to communicate through our company text line.



In order to book this home, we do ask that you review and agree to our 'house rules'. Additionally, you will need to sign our short rental agreement and incidentals agreement.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
