Palms at Wailea #603 has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and unlike most units at the Palms, it is fully air conditioned. It has flat screen TVs, high speed wireless that is complimentary. There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Palms at Wailea #603 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed staying here. Check in/out was a breeze. The condo was clean and had plenty of beach equipment, (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc.) for all of us to use. The location was absolutely perfect for us as its close to golf, restaurants, shops and the best beaches.

Great location Iā€™ve stayed at the palms before. Dish washer is broken and AC is useless fortunately weather is perfect in May. Great choice for the price.

We didnā€™t spend a lot of time in the room but it was exactly as described except it was further from the water then I thought with the add. Check in was a breeze and we didnā€™t need anything from the owner. The location was close enough to everything to drive and the neighbors were so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit showing its age but is well stocked and suitable for family. As others have said itā€™s a noisy corner but after a couple days we didnā€™t really notice it. Good location, close to good beaches and nice evening walk to Wailea shops

The condo complex location was perfect. The neighborhood was very pretty, felt safe, and not too touristy like Keihi. It was close to great eating and a wonderful uncrowned bench with the softest sand and spectacular sunsets. The complex is very nice and the grounds are well kept. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Although our unit was situated at the corner of 2 busy streets which was very often noisy at all times of the day. That would be my only real complaint about it. Our unit was very roomy and suited our needs very well. The bathrooms could use some updating but a plus on the amount of storage. We were never able to figure out how to adjust the ceiling fans, that could have been on us. The unit was clean upon arrival but I donā€™t believe the ceramic flooring had been mopped as evidenced by our soiled feet. Overall consensus was that we would definitely stay at the location again. Thank you!

We had a great time in the condo, although our master bedroom bed was way too low and we kept hitting our chins, and the TV was way too low as well, but other wise awesome place to stay. We were near the main traffic so a little load. Would stay there again. Need new paint on walls paint was peeling off

Palms is a beautiful complex!

Large, spacious condo with everything you need. We have 5 adults and a baby stay and there was more than enough space. The Palms is a beautiful complex, the pool area is wonderful. As other reviews noted, it is on a busy road and I didnā€™t realize how many loud vehicles there would be. It was not a big deal for us as we live downtown and are used to the traffic noise. The management company was wonderful, they answered all of my emails very promptly. I would definitely stay at the Palms again!

This property was a good value for the price charged per night. The indoor and outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The ground floor unit worked well for us as we had two grandchildren who could play on the large lanai and the large grassy area. The unit was spacious enough to accomodate 4 adults and two children without feeling like we were on top of each other. The property manager was very responsive and sent maintenace out right away to fix an issue we had. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We will try to stay here again next year.

The Palms is Delightful

Staying at the Palms is a great experience, ideally located in Wailea, a well maintained property. The unit we rented was as described on the VRBO website. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. The kitchen was a challenge, the dishwasher broke down prior to our arrival, due to supply chain issues no replacement available. The kitchen cabinets need an overhaul. The outdoor grill was in poor repair, I notified the property manager and it was promptly replaced. Happy to go back to this unit
