Loved our stay here. The location is perfect between Wailea and Kihei. Condo was clean and spacious- the complex is beautiful and fairly quiet. Plenty of condos nearby to accommodate a larger group size. Love the lanai with chairs- we spent a ton of time out there and appreciated the ability to open up windows and doors to the outside. Loved having a kitchen and our favorite was the closest with beach supplies. Would love to come back and stay.

Moldy air conditioner

Unit was great until my kids felt sick, sore throats and complained of weird smells in their guest bedroom. After investigating, the guest bedroom air conditioning unit had a ton of mold inside and smelled. I didnā€™t know until after 4 nights and then felt really bad I let my kids sleep in this room. It wouldā€™ve been perfect, but Health and safety is.a priority that was not met

Perfect vacation condo

Palms at Wailea is a gem and this condo was absolutely perfect. We also read that the owners were donating 2024 profits to help victims of the Lahaina wild fires which is extremely generous and commendable. Our experience was top notch all the way around. We loved the coolers, boogie boards, beach toys, and how well the condo was stocked. Thank you!! A++++

Nice vacation home!

Love our 1 week here at 205! The home was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. This unit is so close to the pool and hot tub that my kids enjoyed going. Itā€™s very close to beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plusā€¦. would definitely stay here again.

Great 10 days

Overall it was great. Couple of suggestionsā€¦maybe add a one cup Keurig coffee maker, a blackout curtain for the bedroom with the glass doors. Very minor thingsā€¦but great location and wonderful getaway. Thank you šŸ˜Š

Unit 205 at the Palms is definitely in the upper echelon of units weā€™ve ever stayed in. The place was immaculately clean and well equipped. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and an umbrella not to mention a cold bag and boogie boards. There are 3 separate air conditioning units throughout the unit to help keep the place comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. We all loved this unit and wish it was available for all 10 days of our stay this year.

Beautiful condo - great Location

This condo was just perfect for our family - 4 adults and 2 kids! Our kids slept on the sofa bed and there was still plenty of space for us to use in the main living area. The BBQ and lanai were a treat and we loved that we could see the ocean peek through the palm trees from there as we ate dinner! Proximity to the pool was ideal. We were close to the main entrance to the Palms but never heard much road noise! A beautiful space to call home for 9 days! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect stay

The pictures were true to what you get. The only picture missing was the one of their ā€œbeach closetā€, it was great! Had about 5 chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels, umbrellas, noodles for pool, sand toys for kids, I mean this closet was a great hit with our family! The kitchen was a great size and was fully equipped! It even had a cabinet with spices and cooking oil! Wow! Sofa turns into a bed. I mean, this was the perfect place for us. Definitely felt like home! Thank you for everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this property and the Palms at Wailea complex. The size of the unit is much bigger than you would expect from the picturse. It was just myself, my wife, and our two year old daughter and we had so much space. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen as well as beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach bags, snorkel equipment). The pool was just across the street from the unit which was another plus with a little one in tow. It was about 3/4 of a mile walk to Ulua beach which we did in the morning for walks, but opted to drive there for a beach day. 2 minute drive tops and public parking was not an issue during our time there. There is a closer beach access as well with much more limited parking. You are right in the heart of all of the beautiful Wailea resorts if you want those amenities, but also not far from everything Kihei has to offer as well. We are already planning our next trip back.
