The Space:

This oceanfront home boasts a large backyard, beautiful interiors, and a private path down to the sandy beach complete with a sitting bench for you to relax on while watching the sunset or watching the kids playing on the beach.



The family room is great for the kids to have their own space where they can play and enjoy themselves, complete with a TV, DVD player, and sofabed for extra sleeping space. Big windows upstairs give way to exceptional ocean views. Gather in the living room for cozy movie nights by the fireplace. There is also a perfect bench seat all along the windows to sit and read your favorite book in the sun or just watch the waves roll in.



The open floor plan lets everyone feel like they are a part of everything going on. Cook amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area. You will love stepping out onto the deck from the dining area to grill while looking over the ocean and the yard.



Each bedroom has been thoughtfully outfitted. The bunk room will be loved by kids especially. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.



Consider this the perfect place for you and your group to gather, prepare meals, play games, and enjoy one another's company on the Oregon Coast.

It was very cozy with a great location. Quiet and peaceful with no traffic. We had a nice walk on the beach but enjoyed the setting so much that we rarely left the house.

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It suited our needs very well. My only critique is that the beds are very worn down and uncomfortable and the bed frames squeak anytime you roll over. Some new mattresses and bedframes would go a long way.

Great Location

The house layout and location was awesome. Kitchen was serviceable (stove is awesome for cooking). Access to the beach was PERFECT. The house itself needs some TLC, but that's to be expected with most rentals and the price somewhat reflects that. For example, a couple window blinds were broken prior to our arrival (I fixed one so we could open the window to view the ocean), the dinning room table's finish is failing and becoming sticky, and the carpets are pretty rough (common with a ocean rental). Though the cleaners did vacuum before we showed up, I noticed the vacuum filter and hose was completely clogged, so after fixing that we gave the carpets another vacuuming and that made a massive difference. Also, the parking situation in the driveway was great, but if you are concerned about your car's cleanliness, just know that the trees by the driveway will drip a rather unreal amount of tree sap on your vehicle. It took several hours to remove after our visit and you'll want to bring some window cleaner as I had to clean the windshield every time we left the property so I could safely drive. Lastly, there was only one key in the lock box (supposed to have two), which can be concerning from a safety standpoint. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our kids DID NOT want to go home (always a good sign). Because of the layout, location, and price we'd consider staying there again.

Great location

Beutiful view and just a short walk through some vegitation to the beach. Beds were very confortable and showers were hot.

Spectacular View of Twin Rocks!

Really enjoyed our stay… the location is wonderful and the view of twin rocks is spectacular! The new main living room couch is much more comfortable than the previous one. A few minor items should be improved such as some of the blinds in the main living room don’t work and the bath towels could be upgraded. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Unclean and poorly furnished home in amazing location

This home is in a great spot just a short walk through the dunes to the beach on a quiet street. Unfortunately, the home was quite dirty and the furniture is falling apart. We arrived to a dishwasher full of clean dishes, the dryer full of damp towels (and the only 2 washcloths in the whole place), filthy carpets, dirty walls, and stained or ripped linens. If it weren’t for all of that it would have been a great stay.

Location, location, location!

The house is situated right on the ocean, with amazing views! We traveled north and south of the house, so it was centrally located. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked well! We like to rent houses when we travel and a lot of them have horrible pots and pans and very limited supplies. NOT this house all the pans, dishes, etc were great!!! The house could use a few updates, but that would not stop us from staying here again! I would give the house 10 stars if I could!

Amazing location

The views and beach access are fabulous, and house was clean and well appointed. As others have noted, the seating/furniture (particularly sofas) are quite uncomfortable, but we didn't do a lot of lounging at home, so it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Ditto the TVs--older/outdated technology with no instructions for how to use. But the location can't be beat!

Arrived 20 min early, no one there, was told by Vacasa that we could not enter till 4pm. Needed use of restroom after 4 hrs drive. Some utensils dirty in drawers and cobwebs on some light fixtures. CO 2 detector was in drawer ., could not find and making continuous noise due to low battery. Maintenance staff came out and was so wonderful to work with. View was fabulous.

Amazing view

The house was everything we expected and more! The view of the Twin Rocks was beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and has nice appliances. Easy access to the beach. We had a great trip and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Twin Rocks and have been taking vacations there for 15 years. We rented Twin Rock Haven this year for three nights with my daughter and her One big concern however, is the lack of even one comfortable chair or sofa, save a rocker in the basement. Also the window shades on the west facing picture windows did not function. This will prevent us from renting this property again. If we notice that the furnishings have changed, I would love to rent this again.

Beautiful view, great beach access

Beautiful home. Great location. Wonderful view of twin rocks, great beach access. The furniture was uncomfortable though, outdoor couch and small rattan swivel chairs looks nice in the space but were very uncomfortable for watching a movie or relaxing. If there were a real couch, love seat and recliner or some sort of soft chair it would greatly improve the stay. Thanks

Awesome Beach House

Perfect beach house!

You really can't go wrong with this house. Easy beach access. Having the bedrooms downstairs allows for the amazing views from the living space. The kitchen is well stocked too. Everyone loved the house, we hope to stay again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view and proximity to the beach. The house is great for a family to enjoy their time at Rockaway. Our first time here and you can easily walk to town as well and up and down the beach. The home had everything we could ask for and was quite roomy. My only suggestions would be some new frying pans (cast iron?) and replace the couch with a sectional that you can sink into in order to enjoy the sunset. We will be back!

Noise travels from upstairs into the bunk room, and there were a couple times the wind oriented just right to make a really annoying high-pitched sound come from the ceiling about four feet east of the the ceiling fan for a an hour or so - thought we might have to run away. But it went away. Nothing is high end, but the place functions as we expected, and the rental company was very responsive to our needs and professional. Would be nice to have more places to hang coats, especially in days of driving rain. Also it was strange to have no basics like cooking oil - a COVID provision, I'm sure, but one that could fade away given the state of the science on how COVID is transmitted.
