To help you settle in with ease, we provide a one-time starter supply of essentials, including detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towels, and fresh linens—allowing you to begin your vacation without hassle.

Upon arrival, you will check in with the front desk team, where they will collect the parking fee of $15 per day. The property offers elevator access to your floor, and a conveniently located laundry facility sits right nearby, featuring modern credit-card operated machines ($3.00 per wash and $2.25 per dry). **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
