Easy check in. Love the place, nice and clean, front beach is amazing but my family was expecting an air condition in Hawaii otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many restaurants. The whales were breaching and flapping their fins and we could watch them from the lanai. We had everything we needed in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of our unit was amazing, couldn’t have been any better. It only down fall was we did not read that there was no AC in the unit, definitely put a cramp in the end of July beginning of August stay due to the high humidity. We will pay closer attention to our next stay. The condo was clean and had a little bit of everything even a in unit washer and dryer. One concern was next door was a park and the kids from there would talk condo guests into opening the pool gate for them and were very rambunctious in the pool while they had no adult supervision. We felt bad for the pool cleaner because of the amount of sand they brought into the nice pool area and pool. Reported to the office. All in all it was a very nice clean condo, would we stay there again in the summer months, probably not, but maybe during winter months when the humidity is much lower.

I’m not trying to complain because we had a good trip, but if I’m trying to help you on future tenants, here are my comments:Some cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom have doors that are a bit askew, making thing look a bit dated, the first bathroom upon entry has something on the door and frame really seem like something was spilled and not cleaned, the sliding screen doors don’t work very well. It was very difficult to close them. One particular off the living room would move. There was at least one outlet in the master bathroom area that didn’t work and another outlet that looked like it was burnt a little so we didn’t use it as we were scared it might start a fire, it would have been nice to have a storage space for our clothes… the 3 drawer “dresser” Didnt hold much… and had to use the second bedroom to store our suit cases because the master bedroom closet had so much stuff in it that there was no room on the floor for storage. For the parking, we were instructed to check in at the front desk. There is no front desk. There are signs that guest need to register for parking. The parking code and info is located on the refrigerator. This would have been nice to know so I didn’t have to worry about a parking ticket or being towed…the fan had a ton of black mold still we didn’t use it, and finally the shower door in the guest bath didnt close. Even when I held it closed and let go, it would open about 2”.
