With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, there's room for the whole crew:

The beach house occupies the second and third floors of the property. A long-term tenant lives quietly in the ground floor unit — you'll have complete privacy and full use of your space, and they're used to welcoming guests above.

Beach gear included: Boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a built-in BBQ for evening cookouts. Shampoo, soap, detergent, and linens all provided.
