Villa Sunshine 523 lives up to its name — a bright, spacious retreat designed for peace, comfort, and privacy. Spread over two levels, the villa is ideal for families or groups of up to eight guests. The master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and breathtaking sea views, while two additional bedrooms at the back of the villa share a modern bathroom.

On the lower level, a private guest suite provides an extra layer of comfort and independence. It includes a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom, a private terrace with a dining table, and a lounge area — perfect for visitors who appreciate a balance of togetherness and privacy.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxed Caribbean living. The refreshing trade winds keep the villa cool year-round, while the tropical garden and large terrace offer multiple spots to unwind — by the pool, at the outdoor dining table, or on the lounge sofa with a book in hand. A gas BBQ makes it easy to enjoy delicious meals under the stars.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and all the essentials for comfortable self-catering. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

Villa Sunshine 523 is located within the exclusive Coral Estate resort on Curaçao’s tranquil west coast. This gated community offers 24-hour security and easy access to top amenities, including a beach, wellness center, restaurants, and a dive school — all within walking distance.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
