If you're looking for a spacious, quiet, and private retreat with easy access to San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and more—this is your home. Surrounded by stunning hill views and lush gardens, this two-story residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience.

• Bedrooms: 3 large bedrooms—1 king, 2 queens, plus a sofa bed(Queen bed size) in the family room. The master suite is expansive, with space for an additional memory foam mattress (available in the home). Bonus: enjoy views of mature apple and pear trees from this room!

• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The master bathroom is fully renovated with a modern tub and standing shower.

• Living Areas: Two living rooms—one formal and one cozy family room, ideal for relaxing.

• Dining Spaces: Formal dining room plus a casual family dining area.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook at home.

• Backyard: Private deck and green space featuring lemon, orange, and guava trees.

• Entertainment: 65" smart TV in the family room and 45" smart TV in the master bedroom—perfect for movie nights.

***House Rules***
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Smart check-in available)

• No parties or events
 - No gatherings, outside visitors, birthday parties, bachelor parties, or similar events.

• No smoking

• No pets
 - Bringing any kind of pet is strictly prohibited. A fine will be applied if violated.

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
 - Only registered Vrbo guests are allowed. Please do not invite additional visitors.

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
 - During these hours, please avoid going in and out of the parking lot or community driveway. If necessary, do so quietly and with respect for our neighbors.

• Security cameras
 - Three cameras are located at the front door, the deck, and the garage door. They are used solely for security and house rule monitoring. Footage is kept private and will not be shared for any other reason.

***Parking***

•Maximum of 2 cars allowed on-site.

•Both cars may be parked in the house parking lot in front of the garage.

•If you have an additional car, please park on C Avenue*. (*less than 1 min walk to the home)

•Do not park in the community parking lot or in neighbors’ driveways.

•No oversized vehicles, trucks, or trailers are permitted.


***Guest Access***
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. Please note: the garage is currently not available for guest use.
