The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Naval School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. The building has been lovingly renovated in recent years and welcomes you from Easter 2020. The modern 2-room apartment on the 2nd The upper floor of the main building is accessible via an elevator and has a south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the fantastic view all day. There you look over the lagoon and can watch the boats floating over the water. The 4m² balcony is accessible from the living room and has a table with two chairs and two sun loungers for the magical moments of the surroundings. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The beach house-style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The holiday apartment with 40m² offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area with its comfortable sofa bed and an armchair invites you to spend relaxing hours together - enjoy the unique view from here too. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course you have free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The open NOLTE - built-in kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for an evening menu with numerous cooking accessories. A dining table and chairs offer enough space for a romantic candlelit dinner. The light-flooded bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. The high box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. As soon as you open your eyes, you wake up with a beautiful view into the distance and can enjoy the view. The floor-heated en suite bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit and is accessible for the first swing in the morning, right from the bedroom. The modern, light wall tiles and dark floor tiles shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. A washer dryer is also available there. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. An underground parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
