Third-floor gulf-front end condo at Shores of Panama with same-level parking, bold blue coastal décor, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Sleeps 6 with a king bedroom, private bunk room, and queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to the lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, indoor pool, fitness center, and resort amenities.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Seas the Moment is a gulf-front condo on the third floor of Shores of Panama, set up for easy beach days and laid-back time inside. Because it is on the same level as the parking deck, you can walk straight from your reserved space to the front door without relying on elevators, which is especially helpful on busy check-in days.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, storage, and an ensuite bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination. A private bunk room offers a dedicated spot for two more guests and is positioned near the second full bathroom, which includes a standup shower (no tub). In-unit laundry helps keep towels and swimsuits ready to go throughout your stay.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Bunk room: Twin-over-twin bunk bed
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This condo is designed to make the most of its third-floor position and gulf-front setting. Same-level parking means you skip elevator lines, and the end location adds a bit more privacy as you come and go. The balcony becomes an extension of the living space, giving you a place to sit outside and take in direct Gulf views without being up so high that it feels exposed.

Inside, the blue-forward color scheme gives the space a crisp coastal feel that photographs well and feels bright in person. The layout works nicely for small families or groups of up to six, with the bunk room acting like a second bedroom and the sleeper sofa offering extra flexibility for kids or friends. Two full bathrooms make mornings and post-beach cleanups easier, and the in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays without extra hassle. The kitchen is well stocked, with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, and also a crockpot for cooking!

Between the resort-style pool deck, easy beach access, and a comfortable, practical interior, Seas the Moment functions well as a home base for guests who want the full Shores of Panama experience with a bit more convenience from that third-floor, end-cap layout.

Parking:

All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. This unit has one deeded (reserved) parking space, labeled 302. So, guests are given just one parking pass

Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Current Shores of Panama Resort Fees (includes wristbands + parking pass): $85. Rates are set by Shores of Panama and may change without notice.

Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6'10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6'7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.

Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety and is available on site for parking assistance.

Offsite Parking Options
If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.

Additional public parking locations include:
1. 9941 Thomas Drive
2. 600 Henley Drive (at Churchwell and Front Beach Rd)
3. 11209 Front Beach Rd (at Richard Jackson Blvd)

Get ready to be wowed because you are in store for a great vacation! Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.

Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.

There is now a seasonal poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. Also, during peak season, there is an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area.

Other details to note:

All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas).

The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental (ring doorbell).

This unit is currently in a resort undergoing exterior construction improvements. At times, there may be visible work on the building exterior along with associated noise or restricted access to certain areas of the property.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping (inside or out, including the balcony), No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
