Light Times is a spectacular custom built home with awesome views of ocean and sound! Relax on the large decks with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoying the warm ocean breeze or spotting dolphins. Lounge in the 7-person hot tub or splash in the private 12x26 saltwater pool! Watch the kids play in the nice sized fenced-in yard or move things indoors for a family game of pool or movie night. No matter the season, Light Times is perfect for your next family vacation!

The private pool is open from the 2nd week of May through the 2nd week in October.

Light Times is close to Jennette's Pier and shopping centers. Enjoy private access to the beach through the Pebble Beach HOA beach access, only a 500-foot walk away down the Beach Road! Please do NOT use The Sandspur Motel for beach access.

For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided at Light Times.

Light Times is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195 plus taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

Ground Level: Game room w/ pool table, Foosball and X-Box, Arcade game, wet bar with full refrigerator, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, full bath, washer/dryer.

Mid Level: King en suite with private bath, 2 queen en suites with private baths, sitting area with a half bath.

Top Level: Great room, kitchen, dining area, living area, king en suite with private bath.
