The property comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with a max of 16 guests. The main house features five bedrooms, a loft, and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom. While the four additional bedrooms each include queen beds, one on the main level and the other on the lake level. Each level also features a full bath. The lake level also offers a washer and dryer. The loft area provides extra sleeping and gathering space, making this home ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. At the heart of the home is a stunning open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, thoughtfully designed for both entertaining and relaxation. Expansive windows frame picturesque, unobstructed views of Lake George, filling the space with natural light and creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The gourmet kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining area and sophisticated living room, making it the perfect setting for memorable gatherings.

The property also includes a charming guest house, complete with a kitchenette, queen bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom—ideal for extended family or added privacy. Attached to the guest house is a large game room with a ping pong table and additional laundry space. (The gameroom is not air conditioned)

Outdoors, the experience continues with direct access to Lake George from your private shoreline. Enjoy the stunning views from the large attached deck or the lake-level patio just steps from the water, offering an ideal space for lounging, dining, and taking in the serene surroundings. Guests have access to a private sandy beach, canoe, and paddleboard, perfect for enjoying the water. Boaters will appreciate the dedicated dock slip that accommodates boats up to 32 feet. This home is pet-friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee (dogs only). Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

The number of guests over 14 will be charged a $50.00 fee per guest, per day, up to a maximum of 16 total guests.

This has to be done for you to receive check-in instructions.

On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm.

This home is pet-friendly- must sign the pet agreement, provide proof of current rabies vaccination, and pay a fee per dog.
