New Mexico has been home for over 25 years, and I truly love everything this state has to offer—from its culture and landscapes to the pace of life and sense of community. I’m very active, enjoy traveling often, and spend as much quality time as possible with my teenage daughter, family, and close friends.
After owning and operating a business for 15 years, I recently sold it and am now embracing new opportunities, adventures, and chapters in life. Travel has always been a big part of that journey. Over the years, I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals across the country, which gave me a clear understanding of what makes a stay comfortable, memorable, and stress-free.
That experience is exactly what I bring to hosting. My goal is to run this home at the same level I personally expect as a guest—clean, thoughtfully furnished, well-organized, and easy to enjoy whether you’re visiting for work, family time, or leisure. What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is the balance: it’s quiet and comfortable, yet incredibly central. From the house, you have quick access to I-40 and I-25, making it easy to get anywhere in Albuquerque in minutes—Downtown, the Airport, UNM, Sandia Labs, or the foothills. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, you’re never far from where you need to be.
The home is walkable and bike-friendly, with nearby parks, paths, and everyday conveniences close by. Uptown offers some of the city’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment, including ABQ Uptown, Winrock Town Center, Coronado Center, movie theaters, grocery stores, cafes, and local restaurants. It’s a great area for morning walks, grabbing coffee, or unwinding after a busy day.
You get the comfort of a peaceful neighborhood combined with the energy and accessibility of one of Albuquerque’s most central locations—an ideal home base for both short stays and extended visits.

It's a nice blend of modern and southwest. There are some cool features like the closet access to garage/gameroom. The lot is pretty large for the area with lots of space to spread out. But the best feature is how close you are to all the action. The Uptown/Winrock shopping area is one of the coolest places to go in Albuquerque.
