A very charming apartment with lift, on the third floor of a beautiful carved stone building recently renovated, built in early 20th century. Registration number 5935000194357 of May 16,2021.

This apartment has Art Deco furniture and lighting fixtures, large living and dining-room, new oak floors, 40'ā€™ smart TV, internet, free telephone for Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Very effective accumulator electric heating, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is equipped with brand new refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer , vacuum cleaner & dishwasher.Bed and bathroom linen.

Located in one of the best areas of the Quartier Latin, 3 minutes walking distance from the river Seine and Notre-Dame cathedral, opposite the Saint-Louis island.
Served by seven bus lines and two metro stations with direct transfer to all Paris areas: museums, theaters, concert halls, Opera, and department stores (Galleries Lafayette, Printemps, Le Bon MarchƩ etc.)
Local open-air vegetable and groceries market three times weekly, well supplied supermarkets , bank, post office, drugstore and surrounded by many restaurants. Registration number 5935000194357 du16/05/2021.

The apartment is located in a very calm small street between the Boulevard Saint-Germain and the river Seine.

I was met at the apartment by Isabel.She had stocked the fridge with supplies for breakfast.A wonderful surprise as I had arrived later than expected.Isabel was very helpful in sharing local information.The apartment was very spacious and felt like a home away from home.The location was so convenient for exploring many of the iconic sites in Paris.I would love to return and stay again.Many thanks Isabel and Alex.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a perfect size for two - big sitting room/dining area, nice kitchen with a large fridge. The manageress Isabelle, was lovely - she had already left some bread, eggs, butter, jam, juice and coffee pods / milk so we were set for breakfast the following morning, Our bed was the biggest we've ever had in Europe and very comfortable. To top it off there's a washer and a dryer and an elevator so suitcases were easy. We wud definitely come back!

Great stay in central location along Seine

Had a fantastic stay at Alexanderā€™s apartment. Location is very central and less than a block from the Seine. Close to the RER and Metro and easy to get around Paris and to/from the airport. Apartment itself is even nicer than the pictures and is very spacious and well equipped. Isabel met us for check in and check out and was very prompt and an amazing host. I would recommend this place to others!

Convenient and surprisingly quiet

The apartment was comfortable and we felt like welcome guests. The apartment manageress, Isabelle, was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic - we've stayed near the Arene Lutece on our previous 2 visits, and found that being closer to the Seine encouraged us to explore further afield during the day, while returning to enjoy one of the nearby restaurants at the end of the day. We would definitely consider staying in this apartment again.

Perfectly located appartment in the heart of Paris

We enjoyed our stay in Paris - the nice appartment was a good "base-camp" to explore the city. Perfectly located and nevertheless surprisingly quiet, well equipped and just somehow "friendly", we can recommend it. The lady "on site" managed everything at the beginning and at the end of our stay and well cared about us. So: you can go for it !

This apartment is lovely and the area is (almost) starting to feel like a home away from home for us. Isobel was a wonderful greeter and had added some lovely touches to make us feel welcome. The new stove is a very welcome addition to this apartment. We'll be back (again)!

Perfect Paris location

Perfect location on a quiet street nestled between Boulevard Saint Germain and the river. The pictures of the flat and description are accurate. The flat is comfortable and was perfectly clean, and the kitchen well supplied. The check-in upon an early arrival was warm and efficient, with croissants and everything needed for breakfast. We would certainly love to go back.

Amazing, large one bedroom apartment.

This was my husbandā€™s and my second stay at this wonderful apartment. Itā€™s very spacious with a large living/dining room and separate kitchen with everything you could need. Especially nice is the oven. We loved having the large washer and dryer too. Isabelle, the apartment manager, met us to check us in and brought us a ā€œstarter kitā€ of food which was very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely apartment in wonderful location

We stayed here for six weeks over December and January 2022/23. We were warmly welcomed by Isabel and the check in and out was simple and easy. The apartment is actually nicer than the photographs suggest. Itā€™s warm, light filled, and spacious, in a very quiet street. We have stayed in Paris several times and this is definitely the best location and within easy reach of most of Paris. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.

A spacious, very quiet and comfortable unit with high quality household linen, well equipped kitchen with beautiful crockery, good heating and easy access to the wonders and beauty of Paris. The unit manager was very attentive, however there was some issues with equipment maintenance in the unit.

Wonder place in Paris

Large apartment, great location, quiet, everything furnished that you'd need, comfortable bed & quiet bedroom. Paul was there to meet us and helped us get settled in he was also there for our exit and even checked the traffic situation to the airport for us. There is a small (very small) elevator but it did the job, they are painting the interior of the building during our stay. We were able to easily walk to many of Paris famous sites. Wonderful restaurants near by and all in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for a delightful week in Paris! The apartment was just as described, very well stocked, in a great location close to the Seine, the Metro, restaurants...everything! Such a quiet street too - we slept great. Isabel was wonderful to deal with at check in and whenever we had a question. She met us promptly on arrival and for check out, and gave us great tips for how best to get to the Gare de Lyon, which market to check out, and had fresh croissants, baguettes, and fresh fruit for us! LOVED having a piano - played very nicely. Lift worked great as well. I stayed alone for a few days before my husband arrived and always felt safe in the neighborhood. Thank you, thank you!

An excellent place to stay

We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and were extremely comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the facilities, linens, storage facilities, and kitchen utensils are all high quality. The apartment is very well decorated, and the instruction booklets (in French) for all the appliances are organized in a binder. The apartment is in quite an amazing location: 5 minutes to the river Seine, yet on a quiet street, and the bedroom faces an inner courtyard. There are so many excellent markets, food shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity that one doesnā€™t really even need to leave the arrondissement to live extremely well. All in all, I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Comfotable, clean, well-stocked apartment in great location

My wife and I spent two weeks in the apartment in October 2023. We know the area well. We have rented any number of apartments around the Place Maubert over the years. We love the markets in the square, a bunch of great, mid-priced restaurants, the relaxed neighborhood, and the easy access by Metro, bus, and on foot, to everything Paris has to offer. The apartment has a good-sized living-room, dining room, and a small, but well-equipped kitchen. We had breakfast every morning in the apartment, regularly had lunch there, and occasionally had dinner. So we were not forced to eat out every meal -- a big advantage. The Nespresso machine, electric water kettle and the LG refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc., all worked fine. The bedroom is decently sized for Paris, with a comfortable queen bed, and a large 'french" door with a lovely, typically Parisian view. There is adequate closet space. The bathroom is fine. The one peculiarity in the apartment is the placement of a large, "American-style" LG refrigerator in the entrance hall. It's perfectly convenient, but a bit of a stylistic shock. There was a generous supply of herbs, spices, condiments, and other basic cooking supplies, along with paper towels, toilet paper, etc., so we did not have to run out any buy basic supplies the minute we arrived. We appreciated that. The place was perfectly clean. The manager, Isabel, was extremely helpful. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Great location, feel like a local!

I decided VERY last minute to take a mother-daughter trip to Paris. I was lucky enough to find this 1 bedroom apartment just off the river and near Notre-Dame. After confirming that it was available the owner, Alex, called me to right away to work out the details since I was coming in only a few days. Alex is amazing. He made sure everything was easy for us. We had never been to Paris before, so he informed us on the how to get from the Airport to the apartment safely. When we arrived at the apartment , he had a friend meet us inside to show us around and hand us the keys. He also left us a lovely fruit tray, snacks, milk, juice , and coffee pods. Which was great because we didn't have to go to the store right away. The area is VERY safe, we often were coming back to the apartment at midnight to 1 am and never felt like we were in danger. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is a tiny (by american standards) glass elevator that you can use to go up/down... and by tiny I mean 1person and a suitcase tiny. So cute. But of course you can take the spiral stairs - which we did. The street is very well lit. There are big windows that open out onto the street that you can open and hear the sounds of the neighborhood and get a breeze. The bedroom is in the back so even if you leave the windows open , the noise doesn't really travel to the back. There was a floor fan that we plugged in to help move air around and also helps block out noise. The bed was plenty big for 2, perhaps a king? We ended up never using the kitchen to cook - but it appeared to have all the necessities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we did use a lot. :) The bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower attachment. Lots of towels and linens if needed and plenty of closet space. Strong Wi-fi for your devices. From this location we quickly walked over to Notre-Dame as mentioned - but also we walked the 2 plus miles down to the Eiffel Tower ! The location in the Latin Quarter is great for late night eating/clubbing as that area is full with activity not 2 blocks away. We took taxis, Uber, and the water taxi's with no issue and very close by. The location, size, price of this 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. And the owner, Alex, so friendly and checked in on us, by phone, several times to make sure everything was working and going well. Merci Alex! We had a great time. .

This apartment was charming, delightful and perfect for two people. There is enough room to spread out but still co-exist. We love the living/dining area. We ate at a few of the restaurants around the corner. Perfect after a long day of sight-seeing. I also had my hair done twice just down the street. All was perfect!
