Guests have private use of the home and property during their stay, excluding the basement and garage.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible.

There is driveway parking for up to five vehicles.

Please note that there are three steps up to the patio and three steps into the home through the front entrance.


GATHER TOGETHER
The heated sunroom is one of our favorite spaces in the house and makes the home especially enjoyable outside the traditional Cape summer season. The large dining table seats eight comfortably for family dinners, holiday meals, games, coffee, or a work-from-the-Cape morning. The main living room offers plenty of space to relax together, with a 65" Frame TV and access to popular streaming services. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook during their stay, with ample counter space, cookware, dishes, coffee options, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, and more.

SLEEP COMFORTABLY
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 — first floor: King bed with adjustable head and foot, 55" TV
Bedroom 2 — second floor: King bed with adjustable head and foot, 50" TV, desk and chair
Bedroom 3 — second floor: Queen bed
Bedroom 4 — second floor: Two twin beds

Fresh linens are provided for every stay. The first-floor king bedroom and first-floor full bath are especially convenient for multigenerational families or guests who prefer to minimize trips upstairs.

TWO RENOVATED BATHROOMS
The main-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower with bench, grab bar, rainfall shower head, and handheld wand. The upstairs bathroom includes a rainfall shower, handheld wand, and deep soaking tub — a great place to unwind after a cool-weather walk or day exploring the Cape.

STAY A LITTLE LONGER
The home is comfortable for more than a weekend. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated desk and chair in the upstairs king bedroom, the large sunroom table, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and driveway parking make the house well-suited to week-long stays, remote work, family visits, and extended time in Falmouth.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The private yard includes a large patio, grill, and outdoor seating. During warmer months, guests can also enjoy the beach chairs, beach towels, the outdoor shower, and yard games provided at the home.

Beach chairs, beach towels, the outdoor shower, patio furniture, yard games, and certain other outdoor amenities are seasonal and may not be available during colder months.

The living room fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use. The home has full heating throughout for comfortable cold-weather stays.

Exterior security cameras are located at all entrances for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.

Landscaping, trash/recycling pickup, or other routine exterior property services may occasionally take place during a guest stay. If interior access is ever required for maintenance, guests will be notified in advance except in an emergency.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
