The ground level features a dedicated work space & desk, elevator & large laundry room.
The second level features a game area with foosball table, sink, seating area & tv as well as 3 large & spacious bedrooms. There are 2 large bedrooms each with 2 queen beds & private entrance to the front deck and the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. Large bathroom on this floor with a soaker tub, stand up shower & vanity.
Upstairs, you'll find a gorgeous open floor plan. The kitchen is a delight with its stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. You'll have all the essentials to prepare everything, from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go and sweet desserts. The gorgeous breakfast bar adds more dining spaces to the adjoining eight-person dining table. The main living area is another excellent place to gather with its comfortable sofa and chairs, with a TV above the fireplace. From here, you'll also have direct access to a large newly built deck, which has a gas firepit overlooking the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in gazebo right off the kitchen. The upstairs loft features another seating and game area.
The master bedroom on this level has a king bed, beautiful private sunroom with comfortable and relaxing seating with great views of the ocean. The room features a smart tv and dedicated work desk and a spacious ensuite bath with two sink vanity, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower.

Relax and enjoy our outdoor area complete with a private in ground pool & 4 person hot tub, the pool house with 2 piece bathroom, seating and wet bar is perfect for Sunny Days!

From June-August minimum 7 day rental- Saturday to Saturday

EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS: For an additional $80, our cleaners will prioritize cleaning the home for your arrival at 2pm instead of 5pm. This must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival

Pet stays: we accept up to 3 well-behaved housetrained dogs for $70/pet. Our house rules must be respected at all times.
- No pets are permitted on the furniture or in the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool.
- Pets must be taken outside to relieve themselves (no pee pads in the house!). You MUST pick up after your pets. The home is inspected before all check ins, and after all check outs. There is a $300 cleaning fee if you do not pick up after your pets. Doggy bags are provided in the kitchen welcome basket.

HOUSE RULES:
- You must be 25 years old and present during the stay to rent this home in accordance with NC Vacation Rental Act
- No parties or events
- No more than than 13 guests can occupy this property. If this is violated you will be evicted immediately and NO refunds will be provided
- You must disclose all pets. If you fail to disclose a pet, there is a $200 surcharge above the pet fee
- You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property during your stay. Trip insurance is highly recommended
- There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the home. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is smoking or vaping in the home.

*Important Notes**:
- The private pool will not be open in Winter months November through March.
- Hot tub is open all year round and is included.
- The dunes between the house and the beach are steep and can be challenging for less active/abled fellows.
- The house is regularly treated for bugs & pests, however in this warm tropical climate you will experience bugs and small reptiles
