Theater, Gameroom, Hot Tub

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced at Buckwild, especially the concerns with the linens and insects, as well as the Wi-Fi, theater system, and refrigerator water dispenser. We understand how these issues affected your comfort and confidence in your stay. We regret that our response did not leave you feeling your concerns were adequately addressed. Please know that we keep staff and pest control on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Unfortunately, occasional sightings can occur despite regular pest control treatments shown in our rental agreement in section 18. Your feedback will be shared with our team for review as we work to improve our property upkeep and guest experience. We appreciate your past loyalty to Elk Springs Resort and are sorry this stay fell short of expectations. We truly hope to have a better opportunity to serve you.
