This listing has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There is more than enough space to enjoy a long term stay in this listing if your travel plans require it!

Guests are welcome to use the anywhere on the property except the other 2 units in the building. The firepit in the backyard is shared by all of the residents in the building.

I am available 7 days a week from 8am-10pm EST for anything you might need. For urgent questions or concerns you will be able to reach my cell phone for a more direct contact.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
1) Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available due to the limited time we have in between reservations. A late check-out may result in a $50 fee.

2) Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Recurring noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $100 fee.

3) Please notify us of any damages to the unit.

4) There are train tracks near the property that create a potential for noise and can pose as a danger for small children. The train honks a horn as it passes through Plattsburgh.
