This home is best suited for families, mature groups, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles, street congestion, blocking driveways, or parking on lawns is not permitted.


Important Booking Information:

To help protect our guests, neighbors, and property owners, we may request additional identity verification for reservations where the booking platform has not fully verified the guest. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. All guests are also required to review and sign a short rental agreement through our secure guest portal before arrival.

Please note that your check-in instructions may be withheld until all required verification steps and the rental agreement have been successfully completed. Bright and cozy, this living space is perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. It features a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, games and books for quiet enjoyment. This space is perfect for the kids to enjoy games, or for members of the group to spread out.

There is also a desk and desk chair for dedicated working.

Sun Room: (Main Floor)
Perfect for cozy family TV nights. The sun room has a queen sleeper sectional sofa, smart TV, and even a sofa for your furry friend.

Dining Area: (Main Floor)
The cozy dining area seats 6, perfect for family meals together.

Kitchen: (Main Floor)
Cook with ease in a clean kitchen with various appliances, a coffee bar and fully stocked, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and pantry essentials like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, cream, and sugar. Whether you’re preparing a family meal or grabbing a quick breakfast, everything you need is at your fingertips.

Full-size washer and dryer available in the basement for your convenience — especially helpful for longer stays or families.

Also stocked with towels and toiletries. This bathroom includes a vanity sink, toilet, shower, and a full bathtub for relaxing soaks. Perfect for kids.

Up to 2 vehicles on the driveway.
On-street parking is also available in front of the house.

Baby Essentials:
High chair, pack 'n play, feeding set, toys, outlet covers, and corner protectors.

Outside:
Firewood, lighters, fire starters, and charcoal are provided.

The large fenced yard adds extra security and gives pets space to run freely.


House Rules:

- 2 dogs max and not allowed on furniture
- No parties, events, open-invite gatherings, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
- No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- No speakers, DJs, karaoke, amplified music, or outdoor music after quiet hours.
- Parking is limited to approved spaces only. Street parking rules must be followed.
- Moving furniture, tampering with cameras/noise devices/smoke alarms, or disabling Wi-Fi-connected safety devices is prohibited.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional charges for damages, extra cleaning, or neighbor disturbance.

- Unauthorized party/event: $1,500
- Unregistered/unapproved visitors: $100/person
- Smoking: $500+ remediation minimum
- Noise violation requiring response from our team: $250
- Tampering with cameras/noise/Wi-Fi/smoke alarms: $150 per device
- Excess cleaning: actual cost + $250 admin fee
- Police/security response: actual cost + $1000 admin fee
- Unauthorized late checkout: $200 per 30 mins

Our home is situated in a vibrant, convenient neighborhood! To ensure full transparency, please be mindful of a few ambient sounds during your stay:

Elementary School Nearby: A private elementary school is located less than a block away, so you may hear cheerful playground activity on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Surrounding Area: You may also hear standard suburban road sounds, light daytime construction noise in the broader area, and a passing train in the distance (two blocks away).
