✹ This house sits on the side of the mountain. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.



✹ This house is PET-FRIENDLY. Please note there is a $99 pet fee per pet, per stay. For safety and comfort, kindly do not leave pets unattended inside the property.



✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.



✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.



✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.



✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.



✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.



✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.



★★ RULES AND GUIDELINES ★★

✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.



✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the host).



✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.



✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.



✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.



✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10 PM - 7 AM "Especially Outdoor"



✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

- Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

- Party cleanup $750 (minimum)

- Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)

- Towels $20 each

- Linens $30 each

- Comforter $200

- Duvet cover $100



✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.



✹ A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.



✹ Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.



✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. We had an issue upon arrival and it was handled before I had the car unloaded! Terrific customer service and I wonderful house. The water pressure is not great if that is important to you!
