One of the highlights of the property is the very large and extra-long swimming pool, ideal for serious swimming as well as leisurely relaxation. The pool and spa are located within a screened cage, which also includes a generous sun-lounging area. Directly at the water’s edge, the spacious Captain’s Dock offers an additional place to lie back, unwind, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

A convenient kayak launch is integrated into the dock, making it easy and comfortable to explore Cape Coral’s waterways straight from the property. Two kayaks are available for guests.

From personal experience, the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Thanks to the west-facing orientation, the evening sky opens up over the wide canal toward the Gulf, creating unforgettable moments that can be enjoyed from the spa, the pool, or the lanai.

The villa offers four generously sized bedrooms with king-size beds, as well as six modern bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. All furnishings are high-end and designer-selected, creating a harmonious, elegant atmosphere throughout the home.

The home office is a versatile space featuring a pool billiard table, a desk, and a pull-out queen-size bed, allowing it to be used comfortably as an additional guest bedroom if needed.

For entertainment and comfort, Villa Carrera is fully equipped with a premium Sonos sound system inside and outside the house. Every room, including the lanai, features a TV. The television on the second floor is a gaming TV with HDMI connection, ideal for consoles or laptops.

The outdoor kitchen on the lanai invites guests to enjoy relaxed grill evenings, while sun shades provide additional comfort and shade on hot Florida days.

Upstairs, the loft area is a perfect place to unwind, offering beautiful open views stretching all the way to the mangroves toward the Gulf — an ideal spot to relax and let your mind wander.

The garage is exceptionally large with space for three vehicles, and the entire outdoor and pool area is generously designed, making it ideal for guests and shared moments.
