Located in one of the most prestigious new developments in the Palm Desert, welcome to our designer home in Palm Desert, CA.

Our two bedroom, two bath town home comfortably sleeps six and is appointed with all of the comforts of home and the luxuries you expect for your vacation. The home features tiled floors in the great room, kitchen, and dining room, new stainless steel gas appliances, and designer furnishings throughout. The well-stocked kitchen has the amenities for a gourmet meal and place settings to entertain in splendor.

The great room features high ceilings and a comfortable space to entertain or watch your favorite movies or sports on the large flat screen featuring 200 channels of entertainment. The patio just off the great room features comfortable seating to enjoy the paper and coffee in the morning and entertaining friends in the evening. On the patio is a large gas barbeque for the perfect steak or burger.

The master suite contains a King size bed, plenty of storage in the custom closet, and a beautiful ensuite with a large walk in shower. Enjoy a late night movie on the large flat screen or listen to your favorite tunes on the iPhone capable clock radio.

The guest bedroom has many of the amenities of the master suite including a Queen size bed, flat screen, and iPhone capable clock radio.

For your longer stay, the home includes the convenience of in suite laundry.

Our home is located in a great gated community for the perfect getaway. Featuring two pools (one with a dedicated swim lanes), hot tub, lovely green areas, and a couple of playgrounds, there is something for every age. The club house, located at the main pool, contains a well-equipped exercise room, billiards room, and a community room that can be booked for larger functions. It also has a kidā€™s spray park, and an outdoor fireplace on the patio for evening comfort.

Centrally located in the Palm Desert with great access to all of the amenities of the Valley including amazing golf and tennis, the best of nature including hikes in the desert and mountains, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, all just a short drive away.

Nice place, good location

We stayed for a month long golf vacation. Ron was very quick to respond to our requests and very easy to deal with. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The living room is kind of small but kitchen and master were very spacious. We like the overall location but it is very close to the train tracks. Playground for kids right across the street and pool and workout center less than a block away. We did enjoy our stay.

Beauitul condo in a Wonderful Community

We were fortunate enough to spend 3 months in this condo. We fell in love with the place, itself, as well as the great surroundings. The complex is beautifully maintained. It's a joy to complete your morning jog or evening walk. The condo is well appointed. It has everything a renter could possibly want or need! It is clean, comfortable, and close to major shopping areas. The gym in the Club House has been upgraded with new equipment. Perfect for shedding those extra pounds gained while eating at all the great restaurants in the Coachella Valley. Ronald Ramsey, the owner, is professional, caring, approachable, and efficient. We feel so very fortunate to be able to go back to The Spanish Walk again next year! We highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience a beautiful condo with exceptional amenities.

Clean, beautiful condo in Palm Desert

Spent the month of January in this beautiful and very clean condo. Steps away from the pool and clubhouse, which we used daily. Walking distance to our favorite pizza place, Billy Q's and Starbucks. Ron was very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to next year! Dean

So relaxing in beautiful surroundings and close to everything!

This was our fourth time here and we absolutely adore it! We came with our fifteen month old daughter and it was so convenient! Our daughter was basically able to adjust like she was at home because of how homey the house is. We love the location because it doesnā€™t take long to get any where! It is so convenient for grocery shopping(Walmart, trader joes, Costco, etc. are a five min drive), and itā€™s close to the Hwy so easy access should you decide to head to LA for a few days! The space is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need! Definitely coming back!

Beautiful home, great amenities and close to everything!

My husband, daughter and I just got home from our holiday in Palm Desert and staying here absolutely made our holiday! First off, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful decorated (it looks as if it should be in a magazine), and has everything you need to make your stay perfect! It was like being at home while in paradise! The house had everything we needed- coffee maker and a Kureig, comfy beds, lovely patio for cooler nights with wine! This was our first holiday as a new family with a baby and it definitely helped having a home to relax in, somewhere our daughter would be able to nap and somewhere we could escape the heat and feel like we were still in luxury! The amenities in the complex are amazing! The pools are so lovely- very clean and well mantained! The exercise room was awesome! I'm looking forward to coming back and using the playground with my daughter when she can walk! Finally, the location is perfect! It's a ten minute (at most) drive from everything! We were so close to The River outdoor mall and restaurants, and then shopping felt like it was on doorstep! This is an amazing play to stay and we will be recommending it to everyone!

We had a GREAT stay in this condo in Spanish Walk

Recently, we stayed several weeks in this very cozy and comfortable upstairs condo. The galley kitchen is fully equipped and very workable. Dining room seats 6. A gas grill is on the patio. The living area is great with a pull out sofa sleeper. Master and spare sleeping areas are well done; along with the 2 bathrooms (stocked with bath and pool towels). Laundry room is very handy, behind closed doors. The game table area has movies, games and reading material. We utilized the work out room & the pool. We enjoyed a great stay here.

Wonderful home in Palm Desert

My husband and I were lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful home for 2 weeks and wish it could have been longer. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The house is modern and beautiful. Everything is perfectly clean. Having pantry items available makes it so easy to get started. The beds are comfortable. We tried to get to the swimming pools every day. There were seldom other people there so we thought we had our own private pool available. We hope to be able to return next year and stay here again.

Tranquil and beautiful home close to many conveniences!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home in Sept 2015 for ten days. We both work full time and thought that this would be ideally private and full of peace for the two of us... And we were definitely right! The home itself is absolutely gorgeously designed and very clean! They have thought of everything that you could possibly need and have provided such a relaxing atmosphere for you to really unwind. Besides the home, the amenities that are on site in the complex are only a min away from the property, making it easy to go to the gym and the pool. At the pool there are lots of seating and places to hide in the shade. We spent most of our time going between the home and the pool. It was very quiet and very relaxing! This home is located conveniently close to shopping and restaurants! Central located, we were able to drive only a few mins before we went out at night or for a hike in the valley! We had a wonderful time and wouldn't change anything about their home or wish for anything else! If you are looking for a place to unwind and find some peace in quiet in the desert this is the right place for you!

Family fun on vacation

Overall our vacation on the property was very enjoyable and we had a great time. There would be a few recommendations that we would have. Upon our arrival we found that the cleaning could have been better. We vacuumed the lint off mattress covers and the sheets before we used them. We also vacuumed and swept the floors the first day we were there. We would have liked to have a broom, a proper mop and pail and a few more dishes. At first the noise of the train kept us awake during the night but we did get used to it.

Elegant and relaxed

Our stay was everything that we had hoped for-the perfect blend of elegance and relaxed comfort. The moment we walked in we felt as though we had been there many times before-there was a level of comfort that instantly felt like home. The decorating was exquisite and the attention to detail was evident everywhere, yet without making you feel like you couldn't kick back and really unwind. In addition, the place was spotless, from dishes and cutlery to bathrooms and bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the workout room and pool area-again, beautiful appointed, yet functional and an easy stroll to get there. This property was readily accessible from the freeway and was easy to navigate to the places that we wanted to see in the area. Good security features in the complex and in the unit itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly and confidently recommend this property to our friends. We look forward to returning in the future.
