'Amber 225'. Our beautiful beach house "Amber 225" is located in the beach park Baabe only about 70 meters from the beach. Here you can enjoy the peace and relax your heart and soul.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 € per kWh) and water (6.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
A security deposit of 150, - € is payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

The high standard of our house leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is furnished with everything your heart desires. In the summer you can have breakfast on our wooden terrace and in the colder seasons you will find a cozy spot in our bright dining area in the bay window or on our spacious, cozy living area in the living area of ​​the ground floor. Relaxing in the sauna, then in the whirlpool, then a good cup of tea or a glass of red wine in front of the fireplace - so you can quickly forget the stress of everyday life. In our light-filled gallery, you will find a nice place to relax in every season. Our house is especially child friendly. Two baby cots and a high chair are available. Families with children are welcome. The house is heated with a gas heating.

From now on, free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

From spring to autumn, a beach chair is available on the terrace.

The seaside resort of Baabe is the first municipality in Europe to be awarded the title "Allergikerfreundliche Gemeinde". The aim is to provide people who are particularly sensitive to environmental influences, a stress and stimulation-poor holiday by the sea. As the Baabe seaside resort, located in a shallow bay, benefits from a low-pollutant climate, clean sea air and mild moderate winds, the natural conditions here are absolutely ideal.
Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Playground: A nice playground is located at the entrance of the beach park.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.
