The Feenwald house is one of the semi-detached homes, set slightly to the side. Thanks to the good insulation, you can’t hear a thing from the neighboring house, and because the houses are offset, the patios are positioned so that they are not visible from the street. Feenwald is in a very quiet location, surrounded by pine and oak trees.
