This exclusive vacation home is located in Baabe.



The spacious living area with a fireplace on the first floor is perfect for relaxing.



Information on additional costs and fees:

A parking space near the house is available free of charge.

The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit is higher during New Year’s Eve.

One dog may be accommodated for an additional fee. More information available upon request.

Costs for electricity (0.55 EUR per kWh), gas (1.35 EUR per cubic meter), and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Towels and bed linens can be ordered (for a fee) from our property manager.

The visitor’s tax is due prior to arrival.

In addition, the living area features a spacious dining table and a well-equipped kitchen that will make any home cook’s heart sing—here, cooking becomes a social occasion.



From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious terrace, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors.



The highlight of the first floor is the wellness bathroom, equipped with a sauna, whirlpool, and separate shower. Here, you can unwind and enjoy some relaxation after an active day.



The living area leads to the upper floor.



The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower.



The open loft is a small oasis of well-being, ideal for cozy reading sessions.
