The condo is typically very quiet and peaceful, though you may occasionally hear city sounds or building maintenance since Waikiki is a lively urban area and condos may go through maintenance projects throughout the year. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or near the property. A $1,000 fine applies for violations, and citations from building management may be escalated to Airbnb.
