Mermaid Villa at Ocean Villa built in 2006 and it's 1174 square foot floor plan easily accommodates 8 people. Two bedroom suites each have private bathrooms and the master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony and gulf for secluded sunset cocktails and midnight stargazing. Mermaid Villa is stocked to the nines with goodies like soft towels and linens. You'll, also, have complete complimentary access to exercise area, steam room and sauna to keep up with all issues health related while enjoying your vacation.

Plan your stay at Mermaid Villa to include plenty of time for lazy days on nature's finest beach, where aqua tides lap powder-soft sands. We provide seasonal beach service & two beach chairs and one umbrella inside the condo; guests always leave beach toys to share by paying it forward. Then slip into one of two glistening pools with one heated seasonally or a large hot tub and feel as though you've stepped right into the sea itself. Thanks to the property's thoughtful, open architectural construction, you will have access to sea views all of the time.

When you arrive at Mermaid Villa, you either park on two floors directly under the building or the three story covered garage across the street via a covered crossover. We provide free parking passes for one vehicle and 8 swim bands (a $320 value). A second parking pass is $40 and if you lose any of these, they are $40 each. Your family or friends will self-check in with a digital lock; so, no keys to keep up with or share. Grab a luggage cart; drop your bags and speed off to your condo on one of three elevators.

When it's your turn to cook, the well-appointed kitchen includes gorgeous granite countertops, masterfully crafted woodwork, and a suite of stainless steel appliances ready to help create stunning meals for your group. Here, cooking is a true experience!

Seat up to 8 people to a feast between the dining room & chairs, or have an al fresco dinner on the sprawling balcony table. And, if hungry for a steak grill it on site with the gas grills and eat at poolside. Or, if everyone is too relaxed to cook, take a short stroll for some inspiring local cuisine, ranging from beach dives to upscale restaurants. No matter what, you will get the locally sourced and rich food culture for which PCB is famous.

Mermaid Villa sleeps up to 8 people, and includes a master en-suite bedroom with a king bed having a memory foam mattress. Second bedroom has a queen and full size bed both with Nectar hybrid mattresses. Both bathrooms are full baths including a large walk-in shower. You will have total privacy at Mermaid Villa. It is not a shared space. There are common spaces, like the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, garage, beach, etc that are shared. You must be at least 25 years old to rent at this family oriented complex where noise and unruly behavior are not tolerated.

After an idyllic day of para-sailing and jet skiing, it gets even better: return to your private, magnificent condo, where uninhibited views of the emerald blue-green waters, dolphins and comforts await from the largest balcony in PCB.
