The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony that features a lounger, gliding chairs and a gliding bench. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room does pull out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 4. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.)
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
