The open-concept living area welcomes you with plush seating, a cozy stone fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare meals and gather with loved ones. The adjacent dining area offers seating for all, creating a seamless flow for shared meals and conversation.



The home's three bedrooms are spread between the lower and top floors, providing added separation and privacy for your group. The main floor has no bedrooms. Downstairs on the lower level, you'll find the primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, and ample storage, along with a second bedroom featuring a queen bed. Upstairs on the top floor, the third bedroom offers two queen beds and its own private bathroom, with the game room conveniently located on the same level. Two additional full bathrooms round out the home's four full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to refresh and unwind.



Upstairs, the game room is a guest favorite, complete with a pool table, vintage arcade games, and a pull-out sofa, making it the perfect spot for hours of entertainment or additional sleeping space for your group. Step outside to the private deck and soak in the bubbling hot tub while taking in the peaceful Smoky Mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks surrounded by nature or take a short stroll to the resort-style seasonal pool for a refreshing swim.

*Getting Here: This cabin is reached by scenic mountain roads, which are typical for the area. Please use caution while driving, particularly at night or during inclement weather.



The Neighborhood:

Smoky Mountain Bliss Cabin is located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. As you enter the resort, Wahoo Ziplines is situated at the entrance, along with the community pool. Enjoy all the amenities the resort offers, to include sports pool, hot tub, and the kiddie pool with splashing spout water! Although Wahoo Ziplines is a separate entity, they kindly offer our guests 50% off of ziplining during your stay. Resort Pool is Open Memorial Day until Labor Day from 8am-9pm.

Other Things to Note:

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

*Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing

*Driveway will fit 2 to 3 vehicles, depending on size

*Bears occasionally wander through, so please keep vehicle and home doors locked, trash secured and food inside

*Each room has its own Roku TV - Login to your favorite streaming app and continues the binge while you're on vacation!



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
