The Space:

The main living area brings the lounge, dining space, and kitchen together beneath a vaulted ceiling. Large windows and a sliding glass door draw the surrounding trees into the room and connect the interior to the deck. The full kitchen includes the equipment needed for meals at the property, whether the day begins with breakfast before the beach or ends with dinner after exploring the coast.



Outdoor spaces

The deck provides seating, a grill, and room to take meals outside among the trees. Coastal weather determines how each space can be used, but the forest remains part of the view throughout the stay.



Game space

The garage contains a ping pong table, paddles, and balls, giving the group an indoor activity between beach walks and trips into town. Beach chairs are also stored in the garage.

Latitude 45 sits among the evergreens in a residential area of Manzanita, about a five-minute walk from the beach. The wooded setting gives the property a sense of separation while keeping the shoreline and town within reach.



Manzanita Beach stretches for seven miles beneath Neahkahnie Mountain, with room for walking, beachcombing, kite flying, and time on the sand. Laneda Avenue brings together the town's restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops, and everyday supplies.



Beyond town, Neahkahnie Mountain and Oswald West State Park offer forest and coastal trails. Nehalem Bay supports kayaking, fishing, and crabbing, while Manzanita Links, nearby coastal communities, and scenic Highway 101 expand the options for a day out.



Getting Around:

Manzanita Beach is about a five-minute walk from the property, and downtown Manzanita is also accessible on foot. Walking routes and coastal roads may be sloped, wet, uneven, or dark after sunset.



A vehicle is recommended for reaching trailheads, Nehalem Bay, Oswald West State Park, Cannon Beach, and other destinations along the Oregon Coast.

Driveway and parking

The property sits on a sloped lot with a steep driveway. The driveway may become slippery during rain, ice, or winter weather. Street parking is limited and should not be relied upon for additional vehicles.



Garage game space

The garage contains the ping pong table and beach equipment. Guests should return paddles, balls, chairs, and other items after use.



Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property.



Oregon Coast weather

Coastal weather can change throughout the day. Wind, rain, fog, and cool temperatures are possible in every season. Pack layers, rain gear, and footwear suited to wet outdoor conditions.



Beach conditions

Ocean conditions can change without warning. Guests should observe posted notices, keep children supervised, and remain alert for waves, currents, tides, and driftwood.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise at a considerate level and respect neighboring properties throughout your stay.
