Welcome to destin, florida one of the most beautiful places in the world! Maravilla resort is a wonderful seaside community, and is truly a family resort. You will love maravilla's easy, laid back atmosphere and the beautiful view you will have from this two bedroom, 2 bath, pet-friendly condo that is waiting for you. This unit is non-smoking, sleeps a total of 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Venture from the patio doors and see the beautiful beach and a view of the ocean that only dreams are made of. The unit is bright with a lovely, upscale decor. What else could you ask for!

Maravilla is a great complex with a deeded private beach and is close to everything in destin. As a bonus, an umbrella and 2 chairs are provided for you every day at no charge, when in season.

The condo was nice. The shower in the front bath had mold/mildew. The room had not been vacuumed completely, in a while. The outdoor furniture needs an update. There was dog hair around the baseboards, in the living room. We found a few dead roaches. Maybe recommend a new cleaning service. Although these are the negative issues, we did enjoy the view and love Maravilla!

Thank you for staying with us and we are happy that you felt the condo was nice. We are concerned about some of your comments since we did not hear from you while you were staying with us, Which room had not been vacuumed completely? Living Room? One of the bedrooms? Kitchen? Where did you find the dead roaches? Florida does have palmetto bugs, which are large ugly roach like bugs that live in the palm trees. Since you said they were dead I believe they crawled in when one of the doors were open and then died. We apologize for this and truly wish we could control and stop something like this from happening but Florida, while beautiful, does has some ugly inhabitants. We wish you would have called us with your concerns so we could do whatever needed to be done for your comfort. Letting us know in a review after you leave does not help us improve your stay nor does it help us to evaluate and train the housekeeper and inspector. So while you stated the condo was nice, clearly there was room for improvement. We do hope that you will visit us again and see how great we can be!

Excellent property.

We love Maravilla and haven't had a bad experience staying at any of the condos we have stayed at. This one in particular was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with anything you need. The view was gorgeous and it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant there, Pompano Joes. We will definitely be back!

Great View/Needs Some Updates

We have been staying at Maravilla condos for 20+ years. The location can’t be beat. The unit was nice, but could’ve used some rugs and a few things needed to be updated. For example the patio furniture was very old and only provided seating for 2 people. Additional seating would have been nice for evening beach watching with the family. The washing machine and dryer are I. Serious need of being replaced. The washer has rust holes in the top lid from age. The dryer doesn’t dry all the way with one cycle, so just make sure to check your clothes and not let them sit too long. The place is in serious need of area rugs, specifically at the front door (once you walk in), at the slide glass door (on the inside), and on each side of the master bed. Doesn’t need to be anything big or fancy, just another place to brush your feet off at. Also, if you use the oven to cook anything the smoke detector will go off. One last thing, almost all of the outlets don’t work in the unit. Something is going on electric wise that needs to be checked out. On a positive note, the kitchen was fully stocked, even had a crockpot. All in all it was an ok place to stay at in Maravilla compared to other top floor beach view units.

Fall Break

Becki was easy to work with. The property was clean, decorated nice and spacious. The view was perfect and the walk to the pool and beach were easy. The included beach chairs were a nice bonus that we were happy to have. We had a great week and can’t wait to come back!

Maravilla 2404

This Oceanfront condo was a perfect getaway and being able to take our fur baby makes it a place we come back to over and over. We love it here. This condo is updated and had everything we needed. The whole Miramar Beach area has the best walking, jogging or bicycle path we have seen anywhere in the panhandle. Also, having several good oceanfront restaurants within walking distance and some that you can bring your dog to just make Maravilla hard to beat. Becky was a pleasure to rent from. She even called after we got in to make sure our cable was working and had her husband Jim bring us an extra chair for our balcony. We will return here.

Clean and comfortable while inside but noisy and crowded outside.

We were not aware that the unit is on the fourth floor until we arrived. When the doors to the apartment are closed, it is fairly quiet. The patio is noisy with many cars, trucks and cycles passing. Too many people have access to this small space of a beach.

Great property with wonderful views! Love that it is pet friendly! Upon arrival we had the incorrect gate code listed in our check in email, but thankfully the car behind us had the correct one. The only issue with the condo was the ice maker made too much noise to leave on so we bought ice instead. There was no hairdryer in the unit. They never advertised that there was one, I just have not stayed anywhere in a long time that does not have one in the room. No big deal! It gave me the chance to do vacation beach hair all week! I will stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family with small children. The second bedroom is small which we were informed of this prior to booking. We made it work and had a great time. Thanks Becki for everything!

Lazy summer days

Our family had an awesome stay! Your condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need, close to all your needs, (grocery/shopping), and within walking distance to our favorite restaurants! The beach chairs/umbrella are an added plus~ the guys are great! After a day on the beach and dinner out everyone had a great night's sleep. We loved sitting on the balcony first thing in the morning and after returning from the beach~the view is amazing and the breeze in the late afternoon/ early evening is lovely. It was absolutely wonderful~ looking forward to next year, if not later this summer once the kids go back to college! :)

Nice unit. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bedroom sliding door would not open to balcony. Master bath toilet was not an easy flush.

Destin getaway

This place was absolutely wonderful. Best vacation we've had in a LONG time. Condo was clean and quiet. View of the beach was spectacular!! A short walk across the street and you are ankle deep in white, sugar sand. 2 great pools ( one with hot tub) were clean and ready for a cool off after being at the beach all day. Used the bbq grills several times. Didnt use the weight room, tennis court or shuffle board but they were available and ready for use. Highly recommend this condo for those who want a relaxing getaway with a great view!!
