Welcome to Tidal Time Out, a premier pet-friendly vacation rental at Maravilla Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Destin. Lovingly updated with new kitchen and bath updates in late 2024 and designed for comfort, this Gulf-front condo is a favorite among returning guests and first-time visitors alike. The plush balcony furniture is a highlight, providing the perfect spot to relax, enjoy Gulf breezes, and watch the waves or the lively boardwalk below.

Stayed at Maravilla Building Two and loved it! Gorgeous remodel, epic views, peaceful beach vibes, and super sweet beach service guys. New beach ramp a lifesaver for my knees , and the new picnic area by the pickleball courts was awesome! Already dreaming about the next trip.

Great location and very nice condo. Beautiful views to the Gulf. Condo has new kitchen and bathrooms. The only “negative” was the have a brand new oven. We’re bought a griddle pan with us

Great last minute get away

We were able to book this trip the day before arrival with no issues. Location was very convenient and had easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and Renee (property manager) was very responsive to our needs. Overall, great trip and would recommend.

Perfect Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable and very well situated on Scenic 98. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Maravilla and really love this location. I highly recommend this condo! It is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and they have all the comforts of home plus a beautiful view.

Beautiful area

First time visiting this area in Destin as we usually stay at the other end. Maravilla was a perfect area and amazing to be able to take our fur babies with us! Master bathroom needs attention but they responded quickly. Overall a great vacation and beautiful place!!

I have stayed in several places from Fort Walton to Destin, I can say your place was the most pleasurable, convenient for everything, from location, to cleanliness of condo and provisions provided in condo, the view from balcony all amazing. We will be back!

Nice Property

Condo was great! Close to lots of good restaurants. The beach was nice as well. Wish we could have taken our well behaved lab to play in the surf.. We did experience noise from the unit above and another unit that had a dog that barked frequently.

GREAT LOCATION, PET FRIENDLY

We stayed at Maravilla last year and enjoyed it. This year we enjoyed the condo we booked even better. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The owners are very responsive. The only thing that could have been better in this condo would be an unobstructed view. There are palm trees and power lines in your line of view. I did really enjoy the master off of the balcony and being able to hear the waves at night. I would definitely stay here again but may look for a unit with a less obstructed view.

Beautiful views from condo

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo, and it definitely met our expectations. The views of the beach from the condo were breathtaking, and we adored being able to bring our 4-legged friend. The washer and dryer was an added plus. The decor and unit finishing as were up to date, and the unit was very roomy. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 with suggestions of only a few improvements. The towels (kitchen and bath) definitely need pitched and new ones purchased. They had a mildew smell that comes from being thrown in a pile wet. Also, the knife set is not ideal to do any real cooking or slicing of fresh fruit. There is also no spatula for scraping (i.e. Pancake or brownie batter). The skillets weren't fantastic. There is also zero cabinet space for storing food, so the counter had to make do. We also recommend that if you're not traveling with a dog, to not stay at this condo property. It is a dog-friendly property which means there is non-stop barking. There will be no naps on this vacation, because of incessant animal barking in other units. This sacrifice was worth being able to bring our own pet. But if we didn't bring our pet, we definitely would have stayed elsewhere for this reason alone.

Great Views

When they said the view was great, they weren't kidding! When you walk in the front door, you can see the crashing waves, and emerald green at that! The condo is very nicely decorated with all the special touches. The furniture is very nice, real furniture that is heavy and ornate. The balcony was my favorite with super comfy chairs. Loved it! The gated community is nice with both condominiums and beautiful beach houses. There is a nice bike path to walk or ride and two pools. You also receive two chairs and umbrella on beach at no cost. When we first arrived the water heater was on the lowest setting so we didnt have hot baths until we realized we needed to turn it up. We have noticed this happens many times at places we've rented so if you don't have hot water or anything is not quite right just ask and they are usually very quick to help. The kitchen sink water pressure was low and it wasn't ever hot but it wasn't a big deal. you might want to bring a blanket for the fold out couch, but they had everything else! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils and serving spoons. We were able to book this condo at last minute as we were in a bind with our other arrangements and were so happy to have found it! The people were very friendly and even checked on us to make sure we had enjoyed our stay on the day of check out. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!

Above and beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, convenient, and furniture was nicer than any place we have stayed in the last 20 years. The owners are truly invested in providing the best "Get-a-Way" experience for their guests. We especially liked the fact that it was a private, gated community.
