Our home is steps to Samoset's private beach with lounge chairs, swimming area, and water trampoline. The community features a pool (under renovation Spring 2026), tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, a fire pit and club house. There are also multiple communal decks and patios to sit with a good book or simply soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful views. We are minutes to Gunstock, the Bank of NH Pavilion, Mt. Major, and Lockes Hill Trailhead. This comfortable, well equipped condo is the perfect home base to explore all the Lakes Region has to offer!

The master bedroom features a king bed, water views, and a small outdoor sitting area to sip your morning coffee. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle underneath. All linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. We have games, puzzles and books for all ages. The Roku TV has been configured to easily log in to all of your favorite streaming services for cozy movie nights. Free 500 Mbps wifi. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home when you are not out sampling the many wonderful local restaurants. Our open air and screened in porch areas offer the perfect place to enjoy the view with a cold beverage at the end of the day.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
-The main pool is undergoing a complete renovation in the spring of 2026. While we have been told the goal is to have it ready "for the summer," we HAVE NOT been given an exact completion date. The pool will most likely not be available until at least July 2026. This listing will be updated as we receive further information.
- Renters are not allowed to bring pets
- No motorcycles, trailers, or RVs are allowed at Samoset. Fines will be issued if any of these are brought onto the property.
-There is a day dock available at the Samoset waterfront for dropping off and picking up (30 minutes max if an adult remains onboard) if you are renting or storing your personal watercraft somewhere else on the lake. You cannot, however, dock or moor any boats, jet skis, or other watercraft at the waterfront. Fay's Boat Yard nearby provides launching services, slip rentals, and parking for trailers.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- Renters must be 25 or older
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including the decks as a courtesy to our neighbors
- This property requires stairs to access
