The house was very clean, spacious and up to date. The check in and out process was quick and easy. We spent the weeek walking to the downtown. I would love to stay there again!

Fantastic, bright and clean. The location was close to the town center, shops, cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and just a short walk to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. The property was very clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were very inviting and spotless.We appreciated the toys and games for the grandchildren to play with.We would highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful trip we had! We loved our stay. The home was immaculate and gave us more than enough room. I love a host who supplies enough towels so that was a big plus. The location was perfection in that it wasn’t a far walk into downtown Franklin. We had three days of good food, good walks, and wonderful weather. We will stay at Fowlkes Street again. It’s great!!

The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs but...there were a few things out of sorts. -The ice maker was broken.-The water in the fridge door wasn't coming out well so when we took the little spigot off to clean out the calc it was dirty with gunk! -We went to use the coffee mugs and at least 3 were filthy dirty with coffee residue (that came off easily) and there was lipstick marks. -Also some of the towels were stained and when we went to do our laundry I noticed there wasn't any bleach ...I hope they're using bleach(maybe it's put away in one of the locked closets) when they wash the towels for stain and cleanliness/anti bacterial reasons.-The remotes for the ceiling fans didn't work although they were lighting up and the fans actually worked with the light switch on the wall but just not the remotes.-Also(one last thing), the bed downstairs that we had my elderly mother staying in(cause obviously she couldn't do the stairs) was too high for her to get into and there was no step stool anywhere. She ended up sleeping on the hard couch until we were able to buy a step stool the next day. So just a suggestion

Dirty mugs and a gunked up water spigot are cleanliness misses we take seriously, and we've shared every item with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, including the step stool suggestion for the downstairs bed. Great property, walking distance to the square. There is a detour directing traffic down this street right now, so it was quite busy during the day with large trucks coming down the street. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!
