The Villa Aspasia is located on one of the most natural and charming coasts on the Mediterranean Sea by the Turkish harbor city of Kas. The Villa Aspasia is located impressively by the sea on a peninsula and is the ideal residence for an extraordinary, relaxing and individual vacation. The stone villa has high quality furnishings and is furnished in a modern oriental style – partially with antique, traditional accessories. You will have spectacular views of the ocean, the coast and the surrounding islands from all rooms and the multiple patios. Experience an unforgettable vacation in a house with a very special atmosphere with a private swimming pool, a Mediterranean garden, grilling space and spacious patios. Enjoy the wonderful tranquility of the Villa Aspasia in an exclusive ambiance by the sea.


Transfer: The transfer from the Dalaman airport (or Antalya) takes about 2 hours (or 2.5 hours). You will be greeted personally at the airport and directly driven to the Villa Aspasia by your driver. Costs are 90 € / 110 € per trip (Dalaman/Antalya). A small bus drives from the Villa Aspasia to Kas every 30 minutes. Kas can thus be reached individually and comfortably.

Rental car: Upon request, a rental car can be arranged from a renowned renter for discounted conditions. The cost for a Renault Clio, Hyundai Accent or similar is about 30 – 45 €/day dependent upon the season.

Service on site: During your vacation, a contact person will be available for individual services and handling.

Wonderful experience, beautiful villa

This property was amazing and was completely spotless upon check in. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I save 5 for those who go above and beyond to provide for their guests with things like a welcome book with any necessary codes and important info/instructions, extra trash bags, dish soap, condiments, wash clothes, all of which were missing. That being said, the view is spectacular, and my kids loved everything. I especially appreciated having a bathtub for them. The beds were comfortable too. Overall great stay!

Lovely 7-nights at Villa Aspasia

Quiet location on the Kas Peninsula, with a few local restaurants close by. Beautiful pool and view. Expensive but worth it.

Property is true to the listing. All appliances are in good working order, and the property seems well managed. Owner is responsive and checkin/out is very low maintenance. View is unrivaled. Great stay.

Perfect

Pretty much the perfect villa for a week in the sun. As a family of 5 we had lots of space, great pool, wonderful views. Super easy to grab the bus from right outside. 15 mins to get straight into town to grab supplies or head out for dinner. If you don’t fancy the bus, then The BurgerStop restaurant, just 2 mins walk away was a winner. It surpassed our expectations. Great place, great villa. Thank you for letting us share it!

Fabulous Villa

Beautiful and modern villa with "to die for" pool, patio, views over the Mediterranean. Located near the end of the peninsula in a quiet and serene location this is villa is as described. We had a rental car and would only stay here with one as walking is not a viable option if you plan to go into Kas, which we stongly suggest. If you wish to swim in the sea you need to go to one of the hotels or beach clubs. There used to be swim platforms with ladders but now they are either broken or inaccessible. I suggest the Aquarius hotel, pool, loyngers, restaurant and easy sea access for only $10 a day. The villa is very comfortable and in great shape... the mattresses a tad hard for our liking but just passible. Once you walk up the small side streets of Kas in the evenings you’ll discover a magical zone of beautiful restaurants, cafes & even a jazz club.

A perfect getaway...

Villa Aspasia and its location were simply stunning. The villa was bright, cool and airy, the patio area spacious and the view out to sea and hills from the infinity pool were glorious, at any time of the day. We (family of four) stayed for a week in May when the temperature was 25-28. We had no car so relied on the local dolmus for trips to town. The bus was hourly (half hourly in peak season) and could be hailed from outside the house. It leaves town on the hour so was outside the villa at around 10 minutes past the hour and cost 40tl per person (cash only). Alternatively the local taxi service was very efficient and a run into town was 350tl. The town was great for restaurants and we shopped at Muhtar Market for groceries. There was also a small but well-stocked store a 15 minute walk from the villa, who also offer a delivery service. For a treat, Sidera restaurant is a two minute walk from the villa and has great food and perfect for alfresco sunset dining. The one improvement opportunity was that there was no guest book for the house, so everything from working out how the washing machine and TV worked, to transport, to where to eat and shop has to be a voyage of self-discovery, but apart from that, a perfect getaway.

A perfect villa with perfecf views

Villa Aspasia was a fabulous place. We stayed for two weeks in August, and couldn’t have had a lovelier time. The villa was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was beautiful and the views stunning. The air con was also bliss when temperatures hit around 40 C! We didn’t have a car but managed fairly easily. There’s a dolmus (minibus) that ran every half hour from the centre of Kas on a counter-clockwise look around the peninsula and back to Kas. The bus (marked Yarimada) departed the town centre on the hour and half hour, and passed the villa about 15 minutes later. You’ll need to let the driver know when you want to get on or off. It costs 30 TL per person, which you pay in cash to the driver. The service was very reliable but busy at peak times. There are a few good supermarkets in Kas. We liked Muhtar Market the best, but got the most amazing fresh fruit and vegetables from a greengrocer around the corner. Remember to bring plenty of strong bags! The two beaches on the peninsula (Halk Plaji and Incebogaz Plaji) were on the bus route and both lovely. They were nice and relaxed and perfect for families. Sun beds and umbrellas were 100 TL each. Both had changing rooms, showers, WCs and snack bars. We organised a taxi to and from the ancient ruins at Myra, took Captain Ali’s boat trip to Kerkova and spent a day on Castelloritzo (the nearby Greek island) interspersed between days by the pool and various beaches. A perfect family break.

Genau das was wir erwartet haben! Tolle zielführende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Die Unterstützung beim Flughafentransfer und Mietwagen war einfach super! Dafür danken wir! Ein perfekter Familuenurlaub für 2 Wochen, wie er sein musste! Größter Dank an den Vermieter und Eigentümer! Wir haben die richtige Wahl getroffen! Ferienhaus in Traumgegend mit Traumblick

Recht kurzfristig haben wir uns für die Türkei, die Halbinsel KAS und das Ferienhaus ASPASIA entschieden. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurden wir vom Vermieter kontaktiert, so dass letzte Details geklärt werden konnten. Wichtig waren uns als Familie, dass jedes Familienmitglied sein Zimmer hatte, das ein großer Pool vorhanden ist, das die Micro-Lage Ruhe verspricht, man von den Blicken der Nachbarn verschont bleibt und natürlich der grandiose Meeresblick - welcher nicht durch z.B. ein Haus, Wand oder Natur verstellt wird. Tja, haben wir gesucht und bekommen. Der Gärtner bzw. der Ansprechpartner waren wie versprochen erreichbar, freundlich und ansonsten herrlich dezent im Hintergrund. Die veröffentlichten Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten. Über die Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Villa gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir sind mit einem Mietwagen angereist(AYT-ca. 3 Stunden - recht entspannt), der bequem unter dem Carport seinen Schatten fand. Dadurch waren wir unabhängig von den Kleinbussen, die gefühlt aber alle paar Minuten vorbei kamen. Ca. 10 Minuten brauchten wir bis zur Stadt KAS und parkten immer am Hafen(12 Stunden - 150 Lira). Als Türkei-Neulingen hat uns insbesondere gefallen, dass die Menschen sehr freundlich sind und wenn sie einem etwas "verkaufen" wollen - eine Nein auch sofort akzeptierten. KAS ist allemal toll für einen Urlaub abseits der Massenströme- für jeden ist sicher etwas dabei. Restaurants in Masse, diverse Ausflüge, Strände und Innenstadt.

Wunderschöne Villa mit einem atemberaubenden Panormablick auf das Meer. 🌊

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick war wunderschön und man hatte von jedem Zimmer Blick auf das Meer. Der gesamte Außenbereich war sehr einladend und der Pool war angenehm warm. Auch die Lage war zentral, sodass alle nötigen Sachen schnell erreichbar waren.

La villa est superbe. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La piscine à débordement est magnifique et la vue de toutes les pièces est absolument époustouflante. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage

Der Blick auf’s Meer - ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrassen-Sessel sind ausgesprochen gemütlich, leider nur sehr laut beim Verschieben. Das Schwimmbecken war wunderbar sauber, jedoch ist die Stufenhöhe für ältere Menschen etwas schwierig, ohne Geländer ein- und auszusteigen. Leider ist im gegenüber liegenden Hotel ein Rezeptionist, der ständig extrem laut und lange auf der Terrasse telefoniert, was in den Abendstunden stört. Great villa with outstanding views

This villa is amazing. We have stayed many villas and this was by far the best. The villa was amazing and the views were excellent. We have no complaints. Only two comments for future bookers, 1 is quiet far from a supermarket and 2, the pool is not heated. That being said do not let those things change anything, this is a gem of a villa

Lovely villa in a great location!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Aspasia. Andreas is a very pleasant and responsive host and provided helpful information whenever we inquired. The property itself is beautiful -- the villa is clean and comfortable, the views are amazing and the pool area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy both quiet and family time. The location to downtown Kas is close enough to be convenient yet far enough that things are quiet and low key. Definitely recommend!

Once again, fantastic time had by all in Kas. We love the area. Perfect villa, amazing views, generally overall could not fault any of it. Highly recommend Spa Marin for Turkish bath and treatments and also Bartu 1 for a lovely day out on the boat. Our thanks goes out to Team Aspasia.

Good property in nice location

Enjoyed our stay in Villa Aspasia. Nice open sunset view and well laid out spacious interior space. Good option for a quite luxury time, still 10mins drive from the Kas centre.

Ruhiges Haus auf der Halbinsel bei Kas mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die türkische Ägäis

Haus mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten modernen hellen Zimmern und Bädern, großer Wohnküche, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Aussicht aus allen Zimmern aufs Meer, Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Oleander, Palmen, die Bucht und Infintypool mit Dusche, (Boden bei Nässe rutschig, Vorsicht!), private Parkplätze, Auto vor Ort nötig zum Einkauf in Kas und dem dortigen Markt ca 7 min , gelegentlicher Stromausfall. Das Schwimmen für erfahrene sportliche Erwachsene im klaren Meer, über Pfad unterhalb des Hauses, ist bei ruhigem Wellengang ein Erlebnis.

Fabulous villa in a great location!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Aspasia and would highly recommend it. The location and views are stunning and the prime position and clever gardening means that all of the pool area and patios are not overlooked at all. The villa is really lovely, there is so much space and it's well stocked and maintained and the outdoor areas are immaculate. We really enjoyed Kas - eating out most evenings in either the main harbour area or the marina. We also visited the local beaches, which are so easy to access and the waters are as blue as a postcard! We hired a car and personally wouldn't have been without it for easy access, but we saw the local minibus regularly. Andreas and his team were helpful with every question or request we had and made the trip really easy - even through these 'Covid times'. Brilliant find and we would go back at the drop of a hat!

Wonderful

Amazing villa with a stunning view. Very spacious and a delight to have stayed there. Location is great with easy access to the main town via the regular dolmus (4TL per person). Taxis back at 35TL also good value. Andreas and his team were very accommodating in arranging things for our (very) early arrival. On the whole, I can't recommend this villa highly enough!

Great Holiday

As soon as we arrived at the villa we new we were in for a treat. The villa was spotless and the view was amazing with a great sized pool. The only thing i would say is you do need a car as its a little further out from Kas than we thought and didn't fancy doing a food shop for 6 people and carrying it back on the bus. We were also really impressed with the property manager and gardener who could not do enough for us. All in all a great villa in a great location.
