One side of the condo features a spacious king bedroom suite with a full bathroom, along with a convenient half bath. The opposite side offers a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed, which share an additional full bathroom. Both king bedrooms provide direct access to the balcony, allowing you to wake up to water views each morning.

Relax outdoors on modern patio furniture while watching boats glide by, or unwind inside the bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished interior.

Located in Madeira Beach’s vibrant city center, this condo is just steps from restaurants, pubs, live music, boat rentals, and local shops. The white-sand beaches of Madeira Beach are only a short 0.2-mile walk away. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk—Pinellas County’s top tourist destination—is just 1.5 miles south and offers over 100 shops, waterfront dining, and water activities.

With two dedicated parking spaces, exploring by car is easy. Prefer to go car-free? The Suncoast Beach Trolley provides convenient transportation from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. The condo is also centrally located near St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (10 miles) and Tampa International Airport (20 miles).

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Under 24, please inquire with us.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home, on the balcony and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly community with full time residents present. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

Parking for 2 passenger vehicles - no additional parking is available.

No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.

-No Jet Skis or Trailers.
