With a comfortable, practical layout, it’s a great home base for families and small groups who want easy access to everything Tahoe has to offer.

After a day on the lake or the slopes, settle into the main living area for movie nights, board games, or a cozy evening by the gas fireplace. Pick a title from the cabin’s book selection and curl up in the reading nook. The fully equipped kitchen has what you need to cook and serve meals, and the warm cabin setting makes it easy for everyone to feel at home.

Step outside onto the front deck to enjoy the crisp mountain air and a peaceful neighborhood vibe—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, and unwinding after your adventures. A gas grill is provided seasonally, and there’s fenced yard space available for dogs (with prior approval).

Sleeping & important note:
This home offers two guest-accessible bedrooms with flexible sleeping options. One additional bedroom is not available and will remain locked off during all stays.

- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
