This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath with an additional queen Sleeper Sofa offers stellar ski access with a 5 minute walk to the Gondola or hop on the free, on-demand, door to lift shuttle that can take you directly to lifts or anywhere a Canyons Village. Enjoy the gas grill, heated pool, hot tub, hiking, biking, and golf. Airmattresses with full bedding and pillows are available upon request.
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers 650 square feet of light-filled living space designed for convenient access to the ski slopes and relaxing post activity amenities. The Condo is just a short 2 minute walk from the year round heated pool, hot tubs, indoor dry sauna and outdoor volleyball and tennis courts/pickleball. The condo has a wonderful outdoor deck with lounge furniture that is a great place take in the views no matter what season.
Guests have full access to the entire home and amenities, including a communal hot tub, pools, two-car parking, and all HOA spaces during their stay. HOA manages trash bins and hot tub, snow removal and lawn care. Private laundry with washer/dryer, portable A/C units and central heating, and high-speed internet. Walk to the Canyons Cabriolet or use the free on-demand door-to-door Canyons Connect Shuttle Service.
The Clubhouse and pool facilities are open about 8 months per year. The Clubhouse includes indoor/outdoor hot tubs, volleyball courts, pickleball/Tennis courts, and a picnic and grill area. To use, please find the Key card in the home as you will need to present it to the front desk at the Clubhouse entrance. $25 fee is the keycard is lost.
During summer hours, the facility is open daily- 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. June-September During winter hours, the facility is open daily, 12:00 Noon to 10:00 p.m., Thanksgiving to April. The Clubhouse Hot tub and Pools close the second weekend in- April until Memorial Day, and from the second weekend in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance. Laundry facilities are available year-round at the Clubhouse and is open from- 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
Luxury Destinations Park City provides a seamless, contactless check-in with personalized local support.
Our team is available by text or phone should you need anything during your stay, whether it’s dining recommendations, ski rentals, lift tickets purchases, activity planning, or assistance with the home.
The home is conveniently located just a short walk away from the Gondola and comes with the free Canyons Connect, door to door, on demand shuttle service. With easy access to Park City’s free public bus system, which connects to Main Street, Canyons Village, and Deer Valley. For those driving, the home includes a private two-car garage, and ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Park City. A 4-minute walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and Transit Hub.
Guests must follow all HOA and Summit County regulations, including quiet hours (9 PM–8 AM) and parking in designated areas only.
Parking is available in the 2 designated sports - no street or driveway parking is permitted.

Trash collection is handled by the community HOA and the communal bins are located just outside the home.
Snow removal is provided during the winter season.
Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property.
The hot tub, grill, and outdoor areas are for guest use only; please close covers after use and avoid glassware near the spa. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines designed to ensure a seamless experience for you and future guests.
General House Etiquette Please treat the home with care and respect throughout your stay. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with community policy. Smoking, vaping, parties, or unauthorized events are not permitted. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Occupancy Your confirmed reservation reflects the total number of guests permitted to stay in the home. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
Local Ordinance and HOA Compliance Guests must adhere to all HOA regulations and Summit County ordinances, including those related to parking, occupancy, and noise. Any violation of local laws or community rules may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.
Pet Policy At this time, we are unable to accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding as we preserve the home’s condition for all guests. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of this policy.
Parking Parking is available in the garage and in overflow areas located in three designated sections of the community, as shown on the parking map in your guide. Parking on the driveway or street is prohibited, and vehicles in violation may be subject to towing or HOA fines.
Check-In and Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available upon request for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance. Before departure, please: Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and fireplaces. Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Follow check-out instructions, return items to their original places, and dispose of trash properly.
Internet and Streaming High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally experience interruptions beyond our control. We are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or third-party service delays. Guests are asked to log out of all personal streaming accounts prior to departure.
Fireplaces Fireplaces operate by wall switch or remote control. Please turn them off when not in use and never leave them unattended. Do not place any items or materials near the fireplace, and do not use it for cooking or burning wood.
Trash and Recycling Trash and recycling bins are located outside by the parking lots in the communal facility. Please place all waste in the designated containers. Do not leave trash or recycling outside or in shared spaces.
Balconies and Patios To maintain the appearance of the community, please do not hang towels, clothing, or decorations from balconies or railings. Personal items such as skis, bikes, and toys should be stored indoors.
Outdoor Amenities and Care Patio Furniture: Return cushions and covers to their proper places and secure furniture covers.
Snow and Seasonal Notes Snow removal is provided during the winter months via the HOA as needed. Use caution on walkways and stairs, as conditions may change quickly.
Safety and Security Please do not alter or disable locks, alarm systems, or security devices. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your protection and must not be unplugged or tampered with.
Railings and Windows Do not lean or climb on railings or window ledges. Children should be supervised when near balconies or open windows. Do not remove window screens or alter safety locks.
Maintenance and Access Authorized staff may enter the balcony or exterior areas for snow service, or emergency or scheduled maintenance. Guests will be notified whenever possible before access.
Hot Tub and Outdoor Use Use of the hot tub, grill, and outdoor areas is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised, and glass containers are not permitted in these areas.
Mountain Environment Wildlife may be present in the area. Please do not feed animals or leave food outdoors. Keep doors and windows closed when unattended.
Damages and Cleaning Please report any damage immediately so it can be addressed promptly. Costs for repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning may be charged as necessary.
Lost and Found If items are left behind, we are happy to arrange return shipping at the guest’s expense.
Liability Luxury Destinations Park City and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss that occur on or around the property or while using its facilities. By confirming your reservation and occupying the home, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies and to use the property and its amenities safely and responsibly.
