Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the convenient location and that my communication was helpful throughout your stay. I appreciate you bringing your observations to my attention. I work hard to provide a responsive hosting experience and promptly address any maintenance concerns, as demonstrated by replacing the door lock battery during your stay. I'll also review the items you mentioned with my maintenance team to ensure everything is functioning as intended for future guests. Regarding the home's layout, it is accurately represented in the listing photos and description, including the open-concept dining arrangement. As for the neighborhood and occasional aircraft noise, these are factors outside of my control, though many guests appreciate the home's central location and easy access to San Diego's top attractions. Thank you again for your feedback. I’m always looking for ways to maintain the high standard of hospitality that so many of my guests have come to expect.

The vast majority of my reviews reflect a very high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, so I always take any concerns like this seriously and review them carefully with my team to ensure consistency is maintained. I also appreciate your comments about the home setup and amenities. The property is designed as a modern, open-concept vacation home, and I always aim to represent it accurately so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. While I understand this stay did not meet your personal expectations, I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, as all feedback helps maintain and improve the guest experience I strive to provide.
