This home features three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one common and one private in the master suite.Ā 
The designer of the home took full advantage of the stunning beach front views by stretching the full living space along the south, beach front, wall of the home. Ā This created breathtaking views from the spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Your family will love the fully equipped kitchen that offers a small bar for extra seating or for laying the perfect buffet style meal. Ā The kitchen offers beach front views from the window over the kitchen sink and out through the dining area. Ā 

The living room also offers beach front views and is open to the dining area. Ā You will enjoy watching the game or an evening movie on the modern LCD TV.

The real place to be in this beachfront cottage is relaxing on the south deck. Ā This large partially covered deck offers a spot for everyone. This house was wonderful. The size, layout, location, and beach access were all exactly what was needed. The house was fairly clean (though bare feet did turn brown/black within minutes - so a good mopping would be nice). The bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The house came with a number of chairs for the beach which was unexpected and a nice touch. We did have to call maintenance twice and they were incredibly responsive fixing the problem in a short time period (and one of the problems was a clogged drain by our own fault - not the houses). The only reason I gave 4 stars is that there was no surface cleaner provided for the kitchen, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and two garbage bags. Also, the meat thermometer in the kitchen was broken. We were only there for four days, but ran out of these necessities quickly and had to run to the store. There is already so much to pack when traveling to the beach, so the provision of these necessities in greater quantity (e.g., two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, surface cleaner, etc.) would be helpful, especially for a short stay of 4 nights. Other than that, the house was perfect. We will be booking it again!

Perfect location

Steps from the ocean and close to great places to eat. Internet is sketchy and folks from across the street walk on both sides of the property to get to the beach but the views from the deck of this home made those inconveniences tolerable. Management was great and would definitely book again!

Comfortable and accommodating!

The only thing I would add to the house is ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the porch to keep the air moving. Everything else was great, even with a plumbing emergency that was handled quickly and competently!

Right on the beach

Loved our stay here. My family of 5 and 2 adults, stayed here comfortably for couple of nights. Really enjoyed the spacious deck. This house is right on the beach with its own walkway. Kitchen was well equipped, place was cleaned well. Close to everything in town. Easy check in and out. We definitely and highly recommend.

Great beachfront home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. It had a well stocked kitchen and the location was excellent. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront rental.

Relaxing Family Retreat

I loved the view from the porch and the short walk through the dune to the ocean. There were only 4 of us at the house but I can easily see a larger family of 6-8 being comfortable as well. I was mainly looking for comfort close to other family members who rented near by and that was definitely met. I also really enjoyed their taste in Art. When we arrived there was a problem with the door code that was resolved in less than 5 mins. When my brother arrived on day two there were no sheets on his bed and the extras we had were for the bunk bed. We contacted Haris (the property manager) and new sheets were brought over quickly. A real no hassle stay.
