Guest have access to the town house which has a shared entry in the middle then separate doors with different codes to each unit.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. No parties/events or smoking allowed.
Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Parking: 3 cars max.
Up to 2 pets allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
Grill & propane available from May 1 to October 31.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
You need to be 25 or older to book this home.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
