Welcome to paradise in Ocean Cove Club, the most convenient location in beautiful Palmetto Dunes! Our comfortable villa is well-equipped, and close to all the action.
And with keyless entry, there are no keys to keep up with while you take in the sights, or soak in the sun. Just enter a code, and come and go as you please.

The beach is a mere block from the front door, down a concrete-paved beach path. And although all the beach at Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous, there is often a higher density of folks on the south gate side of the resort, and we are on the less populated North gate side of the resort. That means there'll be fewer people on our stretch of beach than on the south gate side, and therefore less trouble finding your perfect spot of sand!

From the community dock (about 20 yards from our back patio) that borders the 11-mile lagoon , you can fish, lounge, or just relax. Even closer is the community pool, about 20 steps from our back patio! Our patio has a sling dining set that seats six comfortably, and a chaise lounge to relax and enjoy your favorite book or a snooze.

ALSO, we have an oversized concrete patio, so our outdoor living space is roomy, and our Weber grill will make your cookouts a dream.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa sleeps 8-9 and is perfect for families, couples, gatherings of old friends, or special getaways. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, and one on the first floor, all with ensuite private baths, cable TV, DVD players, and closets. Our first floor king master bedroom has an updated bathroom, and direct access to a small patio that borders the main patio. The master king bedroom on the second floor is bright and cheery, with a wall of glass and a large balcony that overlooks the patio. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen and twin XL beds, plus a rollaway twin bed (that could be used in another bedroom if needed), and a small balcony. A view of the pool is visible just through the trees from both of these bedrooms.

Renovated downstairs master bath in November 2020, to include shower, double vanity, and lots of storage! Upstairs king master bath similarly renovated a couple years ago.

The roomy desk on the upstairs landing is perfect for your laptop, hobbies, or for keeping an enjoyable puzzle always available and off the dining table.

Queen sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. Also in the living room, you'll find a flat screen HDTV with DVR digital cable box, and a Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player with small video library for your enjoyment. Some games, blocks, and puzzles are also provided, as well as secured wi-fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. New stainless kitchen appliances for 2022! We even have large stock pots for your shrimp boils, wine glasses, drink coozies, some spices to share, and a coffee grinder! Past guests have all commented on how well stocked our kitchen is.

An outside closet has several beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella(s), some kid's beach toys, pool noodles and a couple boogie boards. A convenient outdoor shower in the utility area just off the kitchen makes it easy to leave the sand outside where it belongs!

We have a manager to address any problems that may arise.

Tennis and golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 3 acclaimed golf courses, and the fabulous tennis and pickleball center within Palmetto Dunes.

The Dunes House Grill, where you can enjoy a cool drink or sandwich by the ocean, is just a block away. The Hilton resort, the Robert Trent Jones golf course, tennis center, pickleball courts, general store, bike and kayak rentals are each about 2 blocks away. Big Jim's Barbecue at the Trent Jones clubhouse serves up tasty fare and you can walk or ride your bike the 2 blocks to get there.

Attending a conference at the Hilton (formerly Marriott)? Why not rent our villa and bring your family along? You can walk to your meeting and be close enough to meet up with your family for meals or breaks. Plus, you'll have more room and flexibility than a hotel room.

Shelter Cove Marina and Harbor is just across highway 278, where you can shop, dine, hire a fishing charter or rent kayaks. Shelter Cove Towne Center is adjacent to the Harbor area, where there is a super Kroger store, plus numerous choices for shopping and dining. Everything is convenient!

For those new to Hilton Head, there are so many things to do! First and foremost, the beach is incredible! Then there's shopping, golf, tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, great restaurants, boating, dolphin and nature tours, fishing or sailing charters, kayaking, and bike paths around much of the island.
