Guests will have full private access to Covey Cottage during their stay, including all indoor living spaces and outdoor areas. Enjoy exclusive use of the waterfront, private dock, deck, and fire pit.

Parking is available on-site.
Check-in is self-service for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed access instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

The cottage is located on the waterfront, and guests should supervise children at all times near the lake and dock.
Outdoor amenities such as the dock and fire pit are weather dependent and seasonal.
Lake levels and water conditions may vary throughout the year.
Quiet hours are observed to respect neighboring homes.
This is a non-smoking property.
The home is designed for relaxation and is not suitable for parties or events.
📋 House Rules
Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 registered guests.
Parking: Please park in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the dirt rd.
Noise: Please be mindful of neighbors and respect the local noise curfew.
Check-In / Check-Out: Kindly observe the designated check-in and check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation.
Outdoor Grill: Please clean the grill, and wash all BBQ utensils.
Furniture: Indoor furniture should remain indoors. If any items are moved, please return them to their original location before checkout.
Smoking: For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $400 fee.
Septic System: The home uses an eco-friendly septic system.
Please avoid flushing wipes or sanitary products and do not pour grease down the kitchen sink.
Unregistered Guests: For safety and insurance purposes, only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in a $200 fee per guest, per night.
Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
