Perfectly positioned between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and just steps from The Big Chill, this home delivers exceptional walkability, seamless poolside relaxation, and the very best 30A resort living.
This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat is fully furnished with all-new décor and curated finishes throughout. Guests enjoy complimentary access to a brand-new, 6-seater street-legal golf cart, making it easy to explore the area without ever needing a car.
With the resort-style pool just outside your door and the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf only minutes away, Barefoot Bliss delivers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The expansive 5,000 sq. ft. pool complex features a zero-entry pool, fountains, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, BBQ stations, and a heated pool during March, April, October, November and Christmas Week. Guests also enjoy access to an additional pool located south of 30A.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a refreshed kitchen, family room, and dining space, all featuring brand-new décor and bedding. The fully stocked kitchen includes upgraded appliances, new pots and pans, cutting boards, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for cooking and enjoying meals at home.
Sleeping Arrangements: • Primary Suite: King bed with private en-suite bathroom • Guest Room: Queen bed with access to shared full bath • Bunk Room: Custom bunk beds 3 twin beds and 1 full bed with access to shared full bathroom
Just across the street, The Big Chill delivers nonstop entertainment with a variety of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities. Enjoy concerts, movies, and live sports on the impressive 25-foot outdoor LED screen, plus on-site favorites including a coffee shop, seafood, BBQ, ice cream, and more.
For beach days and exploring, the garage is stocked with 6 beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach toys, 4 adult bikes, and 2 kids’ bikes, with direct access to the 17-mile paved 30A bike path right outside the community.

Golf Cart Policy Guests are welcome to use the golf cart. A $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of the driver’s license are required prior to arrival. Drivers must be licensed, follow all local laws, and wear seatbelts at all times.
Beach Access • Deer Lake State Park – approx. 0.4 miles (vehicle & bike parking, restrooms, $3 entry fee) • Gulf Lakes Public Access – approx. 0.7 miles east (bike parking only) • Sea Breeze Public Access – approx. 1 mile east (bike parking only) • Seacrest Drive Public Access – approx. 1.5 miles east (bike parking only)
Starter Pack We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, and laundry detergent. Once depleted, guests are responsible for replenishment. A Publix grocery store is located less than 4 miles away.
Important Notes: • Guests must be 21 years or older to book • No pets, no parties, no smoking (inside or on the balcony) • Maximum occupancy: 9 guests • Two parking space provided (no street parking, RVs, campers, or trailers) • Entry-point security cameras are present for safety • Rental agreement must be electronically signed • Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice for a full refund • Off-season monthly rates available upon request

The property was one of the cleanest we’ve been too, especially in a beach city. Perfect location with the big chill across the street and the beach only a few minutes golf cart ride away. Great place to stay!

Every detail was thought of !
We loved staying at barefoot bliss ! Everything was clean and new. Every detail of our stay was thought of in this rental . Chargers at every bed , beach chairs , umbrella , cooler , beach toys . It was the best ! Would definitely stay there again !

Great location for Spring Break!
This stay truly had everything we were looking for: close proximity to the beach, ev/golf cart, bikes, and a pool! Beautifully decorated, super clean, comfy beds, lots of games. (played poker with my teen kids so fun ) and with everything you need as far as cooking, granted we only made breakfast a few times and brought snacks, but also great places to eat or grab coffee which we did! Will definitely book again! Thank you so much for a lovely relaxing week at Barefoot Bliss on 30A!

Beautiful home
I had an absolutely fantastic stay here! We stayed for 5 days. From the moment I arrived, it exceeded my expectations. The place looked identical to the photos online and everything matched perfectly, which is always a relief. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, with everything in its place and easy to find. There were so many great amenities and activities available, which kept us entertained the whole time. The overall vibe was welcoming and comfortable. I’d happily return on my next trip and would recommend this spot to friends or family without hesitation. 5 stars all the way!
