Relax in this gorgeous, beautifully decorated condo that offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious rental, located within the Portofino Resort, features plenty of space for family and friends to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen, and a furnished balcony with a gas grill. On-site, enjoy a host of resort-style amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, and convenient beach access right across the road.



What's nearby:

While you're likely to spend a lot of your time on the neighboring beach, during the summer months, leave your vehicle in the parking garage and explore the island aboard the Pensacola Beach Trolley. Dining out is easy at any of the restaurants located nearby, while Hemingway's Island Grill and the Grand Marlin of Pensacola Beach are both less than five miles from this home.

Condo is exactly as pictured with a million dollar view! Portofino resort in beautiful and pools are fabulous. Condo kitchen is well stocked with anything you’ll need.

This was a beautiful condo! Had an amazing view of the ocean, and was close to downtown but far enough off to see the stars at night! Just a beautiful location, we will definitely be back!

Great location

This condo was clean and had the best view. My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter while visiting family. Would stay here again!

Very pleased. We loved the property, condo, location. The view from the balcony was awesome. Lots of extras in the condo that you don’t find in others. We would definitely stay again.

First time to Pensacola

Excellent amenities and resort at Portifino! The beach was like a fantasy with white sugar sand that stretches on forever and seashells everywhere! The suite was exactly as pictured and we loved every minute... especially with all the sights and sound of the ocean front from our balcony! Can't wait to return soon!

We paid 1,809.22 for this rental with the reasonable expectation that the condominium would be clean, safe, secure, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below those basic expectations.The condominium was not cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Although the floors appeared clean at first glance, walking barefoot caused the bottoms of our feet to become completely black. We had to purchase ankle socks to wear inside or wear shoes indoors. Even after washing the socks daily, they became so heavily stained that we had to throw them away at the end of the week.Several doors presented significant safety, security, and functionality concerns:None of the sliding glass doors would lock, including those in the master bedroom and living room.The glass door to the guest bedroom would not close at all. The guest bedroom balcony door remained open approximately 3–6 inches and could not be closed completely.Because the balcony door could not close properly, the guest bedroom remained uncomfortably hot throughout the week.The hairdryer in the guest bathroom did not work.The laundry room door would not shut properly.Although the condominium was on the 11th floor, we still reasonably expected the exterior doors to close and lock properly. Being unable to secure the doors at night made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout the stay. Esp. with a sleepwalker. I contacted the host and after 24 hrs still no call from host.

Awesome place

The condo could not been any nicer. The view was absolutely breathtaking. My only downfall was the height of the bed. I’m short snd even with the ladder it was always a struggle. Otherwise awesome place

5 day stay was okay

The condo was clean..we had one issue with the refrigerator that was promptly handled …however, the master bedroom bed is very tall and only reachable by climbing a small ladder ..as seniors, we chose not to use it

Amazing views

We enjoyed the 3 nights we were there as the views are wonderful. Hopefully they will add a few more chairs on the balcony soon. Be aware that the master bed is very high and a ladder is required. A bit difficult for elders who may have to get up during the night. The condo has beautiful furniture and nice kitchen as well. We would return and stay at the same condo in the future.

It had a beautiful view..It had everything you needed for the beach...My only complaint is the hot tub need a deep cleaning...One of the vent things came off and it was totally nasty...So we just showered..Plus the shower in guest room didn’t work.

Amenities were in good condition. Recommendations: 1. An area rug in living room would be more welcoming as floor was scratched pretty bad. 2. The bedroom door in guest bedroom to balcony would not open. 3. TV remote in living room had electrical tape holding the batteries in. Another remote should be secured. 4. The chair in the master bedroom had a leg that was broken. This should be repaired as to avoid personal injury. Overall, the stay was very good and the view was spectacular. Correcting the four problems above would further enhance the vacation experience.

Portofino in June

Very nice property. The condo is comfortable, though in need of a redecoration. Dated. The parking deck is difficult to navigate. The pool was wonderful and the walk to the beach was easy. Our stay was impacted by a youth group of 2400 people from Houston. Yes - 2400 so we were unable to use some the lifestyle center and everywhere was VERY crowded.

Great little condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The resort is our favorite beach destination and has so much to offer. The condo is a little smaller than the others there but had plenty of room for our family of 4. We had an issue with the ice maker (didn't work) , and the manager of the unit was quick to respond and bring us bags of ice until it could be repaired. The grill on the balcony is great. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the "pantry" had a lock on it. Storing groceries was a little difficult, but we managed. There were also plenty of towels as well as shampoo, etc. We would stay here again.

Room with a view

The view was fantastic! The linens were nice. Bathrooms were clean. I found it odd that there was not a single drawer in the bedrooms! The closets were full of owners personal things. Not enough hangers. I had to clean the kitchen-coffee pot was dated and dirty, the stove was greasy. The unit is somewhat cluttered.
