Escape to this Gulf front 2 BR / 2 BTH condo with swimming pool

Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a designer furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf-front condo, located directly on the beach! New dining room table and chairs as of December 2022! Upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, stacked washer and dryer in the condo, smart TV in living room, modern ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and more! Notice the amazing views from the master bedroom, in particular, overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach. At Regency Towers there is a 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes, and tennis courts. 405E Regency Towers sleeps up to 8!

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 3 Bikes for $400/week***

Pet-friendly (small dog only) 25 lbs. or less w/pet (dog) fee of $200.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.

Amazing views and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time in Pensacola and absolutely loved our condo! The location is perfect, and the views are amazing! The condo was very clean as well. Even better they allowed our two weiner dogs to stay as well! Only recommendations would be to get a Roku stick for the TVs and repair the bad places on the cabinets. The rest was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We will be back!

We would definitely stay here again. We always stay in Navarre Beach but from now on we will be staying here. Loved being so close to Fort Pickens and other area attractions but yet still having a quiet location.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the stay very much! The view was beautiful and the area where the condo was located was quiet. The condo was exactly as pictured. Only negative was the bedroom was bright at night and as soon as the sun came up, you knew it. It would be the perfect place if they had blinds or curtains instead of the pull shades. We plan to return soon!

The rental was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed all of the little decor and knick-knacks that the owners have on site. The furnishings met all of our expectations. I would like to thank the young lady that was very polite and courteous when I checked in at the rental office. I would like to thank the owners for making your home available to us. We so much enjoyed our visit!!!

Very nice place.

Great condo, beautiful view. Secure. So grateful for a pet friendly place to stay. The only cons were ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work and ac was very loud when it came on interfering with sleep in the second bedroom.

Great location and excellent customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at 405E! 6th time using this company and we love it. Regency towers are located right on the beach and has a pool. We always enjoy our stay. I also enjoy being a little further away from the main (beach ball beach) you are close to everything but not right in the middle of the tourist area. Property is a little further down. This time we got locked out of our room at 9:30pm and a staff member brought us a. Replacement key in less than 20 mins (after hours no charge). Our garbage disposal wasn’t working and they came the same day to fix that as well. My only suggestion not really a complaint is to replace the master bathroom showerhead, and if you would like the rooms to be darker, I suggest you bringing something to cover some of the windows . They have shades and the views from the windows are fantastic but rooms are bright once the sun rises. Overall amazing company and place to stay! Karla is one of the regency towers staff(not rental company ) and she is super helpful as well.

Mostly ok

The entire property was very nice. Pet friendly. But so well kept. I understand prices of taxes and insurance and such has all gone up and this makes rental prices go up. I paid double if what I use to pay 10 years ago and over a $1000 more than I normally have to pay. Having said that, there were only three complaints from out stay: 1)No weight room/fitness/workout facility available. It should not be listed as an amenity. I normally bring dumbbells with me but this said there is a fitness room with a picture of it. I asked someone that lived there and she said if they dont give you a white card form the owners of the unit you CANNOT use the facility. There was a pad lock to the pickleball courts as well. Idk if my room key would have worked. There was nothing on our instruction she that said “room key will access pickle ball courts” like it tells you for wife and such. 2)with 4 adults, when I rent a unit a tv for us in the 2nd bedroom is important. Could not change the channel AT ALL. 3)this is. It that big of a deal but cooking utensils were limited. If you plan to cook a lot might was to bring some. We made do but just in case someone really needs more wanted to out it on there.

The views are amazing! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. So great to be able to walk out to the beach. The pool was a good size and pool furniture was clean. I definitely will try to come back to this one!

Great view..condo could use a deep cleaning

Condo had an amazing view. Direct gulf front condo with a spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Bed was comfortable. Sofa and circle chair were well used and lacked support. Recliner was the best seat. The kitchen was the downfall of the unit. Cabinet doors could use a wipe down-they had old coffee drip stains on them. Door to the pantry had stains from where people would touch it to close it. A simple wipe down is needed. Pots and pans looked like they were the leftovers no one wanted at a garage sale. Location on the beach was great with easy access to the pool.

Nice place

The condo was nice. Kitchen could use some more utensils like a spatula and a strainer. The couchs are broken down. They only supply so many bath towels. So maybe bring extra or bring little extra detergent to wash if staying for a long stay. Id stay again.
