The Space:

Experience the beach vacation you have always dreamed of in this gulf-facing condo located just steps from the sand! The spacious layout and eclectic decor will allow up to five guests to feel right at home, while the full kitchen is perfect for cooking some of your favorite recipes for the whole group. Take a step out to the balcony and soak in the ocean air before heading out for a day of adventure. Onsite amenities include an expansive shared pool, tennis courts, and a hot tub for everyone to enjoy. When everyone has reached their limit of activity for the day, gathering in the living area for a movie night is a great way to end the perfect day.



This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

Great location for the family

Go to the beach, pool, dine and relax in dozens of locations. The views of the Gulf are incredible and the place is very comfortable.

Enjoyed condo but could use a new couch. The access to several restaurants and beach were just want we came for. We will Definetly be back.

Great location!

This rental was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. The linens and mattress were very comfortable. We did not cook because there was no grocery nearby, but most of what you would need was there.

As close to resort as it gets!

This property was everything I needed for a long weekend by the sea! Wonderful ocean facing balcony, easy access to the beach, shops & yummy Gulf Place eats a couple floors below. Had everything you'd get at a resort, with a much bigger more relaxed apartment.

We love this property.

We have stayed here a few times. The TV is a problem, too hard to figure out and the bedroom needs a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Gulf Place was excellent

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary trip this year! This unit was located in an area with so much to do. Destin and San Destin were only 20 minutes to the west and Seaside was also only 20 minutes to the east. We enjoyed being right across the street from the private beach access.

Very clean and perfect for 1-2 people. Within walking distance of a lot of places. Pool wasn’t heated and hot tub was not very hot either.

We have nothing but great things to say about this property we will forever come back to this little charming condo the staff was extremely friendly and informative…everything was spotless upon arrival the bed is extremely comfortable the bathroom was luxurious the view of the ocean was unreal I truly think this condo has the best view on the entire property the restaurants all within walking distance we’re amazing (Especially the ice cream at pecan jacks) and to top it off I proposed on the beach right across from our condo so this place holds a special place in our hearts now:) We could not recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back!!!!!

Lovely!

We had a wonderful time!! Everything was just as described….even better!! Loved the location, minimal furnishings and decor, (which made it seem so much larger and brighter), comfortable bed….and the large balcony and view was just awesome!! I would suggest adjusting the balcony table legs to prevent wobbling and easier open and closing of inside living room drapes. I will definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend!!😊.

Overall great place!

The view is the prize for this location! Wonderful views and a huge balcony. I would say it is severely outdated. The rugs are dingy and discolored. This place has such good bones but no effort has been put into making this updated in any fashion. The owner leaves the bare minimum for your stay - 1 TP, 2 garbage bags and that is all. There is also a window leak on the patio needs attention.

Nasty sleeping arrangements.

Bed spread on pull out mattress had not been changed from people who stayed before. Beef jerky and chocolate stains on the couch and mattress as well as a few hairs. Curtains would not cover the entire window so sun was beaming in on people sleeping right at sunrise, hallway light was out of service as well as the patio light. 5 star location and beach convenience but 2.5 to 3 stars for cleanliness.

Filthy

We rented based on reviews of the cleanliness due to bringing our infant child. There was dust and mold all over the unit. I reached out upon our arrival at 7pm and didn’t hear back until the following day. My child woke up the. Ext morning coughing and with a runny nose. Call it coincidence but I can’t help but think the filth we were subjected to caused him to be sick. Stay at your own risk.

Great location, great condo, need a few key updates.

We’ve been vacationing in Destin for years and enjoyed our week-long stay. Overall, the condo was at a great location, very close to the beach. It was spacious enough for two people but could be tight for a group of four. We feel like it could have been improved in the following ways: 1) Provide beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) for use. This has become pretty standard with condo rentals and is a nice perk. 2) Upgrade the patio furniture to enjoy the great balcony view. 3) Update the kitchen bar stools. They were also uncomfortable and made hanging out/cooking at the kitchen island difficult. 4) If you are a family that likes to do a lot of cooking on vacation, this kitchen is not for you. The cookware and appliances were low quality and cheap. Finally, the property manager never reached out during the week to check in on our stay (not too big of a deal).

Please deep clean this property

I don’t leave bad reviews and always try to find the positive but it was pretty hard in this unit. The rug was so FILTHY that I’m not sure what color it is suppose to be. The sofa smelled. I had to pull out 3 spoons before I found a clean one. The forks were so bent, I had to straighten them out before we could use them. All of the door frames and baseboards need to be thoroughly cleaned. The grout in the shower is awful. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy, the balcony was great and had a great view of the water. Definitely will not return to this particular unit but will try other units on the property…after talking with someone about the particular unit we are looking at.
