Enjoy the convenience of this1st floor Gulf-side condo at Beachside Condo 13. This is a classic and updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a set of a hallway bunks and a queen sleeper sofa so it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Relax in the open spacious living area and watch some TV or head outside on your patio to catch some Gulf breezes and Florida sunshine. If you're ready for a beach day, your access is onsite and you can have your feet in the sand in less than 60 seconds.

The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV plus quick access to the shared hallway bath with tub/shower combo. Beachside Condo 13 includes everything you need to enjoy a relaxing 30A beach getaway.

Beachside Condos:
Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

Your stay at Beachside Condo 13 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

BEST LOCATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did have difficulty finding the condo. In the email containing the address, if you click directly on that to open maps takes you to the opposite end of 30A. Condo was very clean and bright. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants were within walking distance of the condo. The washer/dryer combo located in the condo was perfect! We plan to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we have always enjoyed our stay at Beachside and this visit was enjoyable as well. We only have one complaint/suggestion and that is the sheets provided for the bed. Our first night the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed so we requested new sheets the next day which were delivered but we still didn’t sleep well. The new sheets were not 100% cotton, but 60%cotton 40% polyester which made us sweat hot and cold all night. A vacation without good sleep is not restful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this condo for a week in October 2024 for my teenage son's fall break. The condo was clean and reasonably comfortable and the location was great. Unfortunately, we spent the whole time dealing with internet problems. My husband and I were not able to take off for a full week, so we had planned to work most mornings and for that we needed internet. When we first arrived, the TV's had no cable at all and we couldn't get the wifi to work to try to connect the one smart tv to the internet so we could log into our own service. They sent someone out to look at it and he admitted that neither the internet nor the cable had worked in quite sometime and that the management company was aware but had taken no steps to fix it. He gave us the password for the wifi of the unit next door and told us to use that. That did work intermittently for first few days but mid-week, someone moved into the condo next door and it would no longer work for us. The TV in the bedroom was not a smart TV and was intended to run off the cable in the family room, but since that cable did not work, this TV did not work at all. We ended up having to call our cell phone company and add wifi hotspots with unlimited data for the week so we could work. I would not recommend this unit unless you are certain you have no use for internet or TV service.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachside condos was a nice stay but no Wi-Fi or TV. Called an/ or texted each day that the problem was not fixed and received at first “ sorry for your inconvenience “ then no response later in the week to my email/ texts. It seems the whole complex was a problem as we talked to several guests and they were unable to “ work” except by their phones- couldn’t set up their laptops etc. I know by looking on the website that the unit 13 is booked for the rest of the month and new renters will be arriving to no service as well and the owners and benchmark don’t care. Repair service should be within a few days or fire your service providers and HOA leaders. Asked for a discount/ refund and no response.

Great location

We love this location and the condo was great for a mom, daughter, granddaughter quick getaway! Kitchen could use some better cookware but we managed and would have loved a washer and dryer in the unit but again we managed Would book again in the future

Short Beach Trip

Our family took a quick 5 day, 4 night stay at this rental. We have 3 children ages 9,7, and 5. We decided to bring an inflatable air mattress instead of using the sofa bed. Overall, the condo was very clean and appeared just as listed. The furniture was not the most comfortable, but it was fine for our short trip. We liked how close we were to the beach. The unit does not have a washer/dryer in it, so bring your quarters to do laundry down the walkway. We were provided plenty of towels for our stay which was great! The quarters were a little tight for our family of 5, just keep in mind the sq footage when you book.

Location is great

Condo has everything you need. Beach is steps away. Look this is not the Ritz but good value for the price. Only concern I have is the parking. There are 24 spots for 24 units. At least during my stay there was no oversight of the parking and many not staying at Beachside parked in the lot. Also golf carts took parking spots. One day I had no where to park and was only told the HOA would be informed. I was hesitant to drive anywhere in fear of not being alble to park when I returned. They need to fix this otherwise great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this condo for my family of 4 based on price, it was slightly less as well as location. Overall, I would consider staying here again. However, there were some things I believe are important for people to know.1. The kitchen is an efficiency kitchen, our family likes to cook, but this was not really an option, it was a small electric stove/oven that was a little temperamental and hard to control. You will not be making ANY gourmet meals here. It is well stocked with utensils, etc. 2. My 10 year old could not open and close the back patio is a BEAST and needs to be fixed or replaced. Also on the patio the air conditioner is LOUD so don't plan to enjoy time here. but it is a nice view to see the sunset and ocean. 3. it is a small condo, not sure how 6 people could comfortably fit in here, BUT it is clean and had enough of what we needed for the week, just didn't spend time in the condo.Overall, it was fine for what we needed. Nothing to knock your socks off about and parking can be a bit of challenge with the owners also parking there etc. But we rented a golf cart and didn't need to move the car.

Furnishings are minimal but completely adequate. The patio surface needs repainting but since the gulf can’t be seen from the patio skip it and enjoy the benches at the beach walkover with coffee or to watch the sunset.

Attention to detail. If a man might stay, he might want a bigger TV. Not me though. My time was at the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
