Largo Mar is a gated, beachfront property with grounds that include an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a shuffleboard court, and a beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Here on the quiet, south side of Panama City Beach, you'll be just over a mile from St. Andrews State Park and close to marinas, a variety of restaurants, and family-friendly attractions such as ZooWorld.
One of the wonderful features of this multi-level condo is the outdoor space it provides. Each of the bedrooms has its own balcony, so you can begin each day with a mug of coffee in the fragrant gulf breeze. On the ground floor, you'll have two furnished patios where you can sip cold cocktails after a day at the beach.
The main floor is open and spacious, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with soft leather furnishings and a TV with Roku streaming. The bedrooms are on their own floors, each with a TV, a Roku, and a full bathroom. A twin-size bed is a roll-away bed in the closet.
